One of the big plumbing companies sent a useless employee out whom couldnt figure out how to unclog the bathroom drains that are connected. Even after we suggested the roof vent for the drains needed to be cleaned, they failed to even attempt that and did'nt bother to call for backup when they could not figure it out. Thankfully, Jayk's fixed it on the first try in a quick visit. Professional, courteous, and knowedgeable. They came out within a reasonable amount of time and fixed the issue quickly. Cleaned up after themselves and all for a better price than the competition. Beware of the larger franchise or corporate companies. Highly recommend you to give Jayk's a chance at your plumbing work.

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

We had a pipe bust in one of our walls at home and found out that we needed to have our whole house repiped. The guys with Golden Rule Plumbing work was top notch. Joseph and his crew were some of the nicest guys we have ever met .They explained everything that was done to get our water running again and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again if I needed. And I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had a break in an old sewer line in my front yard and TCR did a wonderful job replacing the bad pipe. They were fast, competent, professional, and honest. They were about 2/3 the price of an earlier quote I had from a national rooter company. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all plumbing.

My technician, Daniel Joyner, did a fine job in repairing my tub lever and overflow pipe. My only suggestion is for the invoice to be itemized, showing how much for parts, labor, etc.

UPDATE: Today, at our first scheduled preventative maintenance, Technician Austin Summerlin performed a thorough inspection of our gas pack’s A/C system and answered all my questions. Impressed again by my new company, I also signed a yearly plumbing contract today due to the efficiency and thoroughness that I’ve seen.***** [Again]My previous HVAC provider just merged with Air Experts this month, and I knew nothing about the company. I called today, when both of my carbon monoxide alarms went on the blink. Customer service representative, Carlyle, quickly confirmed a technician to set up an appointment for later this afternoon.Senior technician, Koy Bancroft, arrived as promised after the phone call and text message to provide his name and photo. Bancroft arrived, wearing a mask, and covered his work shoes immediately with booties before heading inside to inspect the carbon monoxide alarms. He found permanent batteries, but discovered replaceable alkaline batteries, which we replaced.With that initial problem solved, Bancroft explained to us that a maintenance contract would be honored and then proceeded to conduct a preventative maintenance more thorough than all our previous experience from the programmable thermostat in the house to the ductwork in the crawl space and all the electrical readings, pressures and temperatures of the gas-pack itself, as explanations were provided and our questions were answered!Professional, courteous and friendly, Koy Bancroft impressed us and gave us the impression that Air Experts would provide great service in the months and years ahead to maintain our loyalty.

Glen and his crew are great plumbers, easy to talk to, clear regarding recommendations and pricing, and just great at the work! We have a bunch of kids who create problems and they're always helpful and understanding. We used Westover for years now, at our old and current home for water heater in install and upkeep, kitchen sink and pipe work, shower work, toilet work, and even for figuring out the source of water waste once when our water bill skyrocketed. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I had a hot water heater issue that developed on Saturday. I called what I thought was a larger reputable company on Saturday. As of Monday morning at 0945 I was STILL trying to get the larger, and obviously unreliable company to my house. I called Carolina Plumbing and Repair on Monday morning at 0945. Within 40 minutes, Tim was at my house. An hour and a half later the repair was complete and Tim was leaving. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but after the issues I had with the other company and the GREAT response I had from Carolina Plumbing and Repair I thought--why the hell shouldn't I let other people know how GREAT this company treated me? I guess I should also leave a review for that other company that ended up being bad. I will do that eventually, I won't say who they are here but their initials are ARS. Time gave me an estimate of the repair cost within 10 minutes of arriving and the repair was right at that estimated cost. If you are looking for a plumber in the Garner/Raleigh/Cary area--in my opinion--you CANNOT go wrong with Carolina Plumbing and Repair. Go ahead, give em' a call. You won't regret it!!!

Earlier this week, we noticed that our second AC unit had stopped working and was no longer cooling the second floor of our house. After reaching out to 3 companies in the area, Newcomb was the first to promptly respond. The person servicing our unit arrived within the agreed upon time window and was quick to start working on our issue. Though he discovered that our problem was with the unit contactor, he took the time explain why this was the issue and discussed additional ways to keep our unit running smoothly. I liked that he took the additional step to offer AC tips and tricks, especially for a fairly new homeowner. After this first positive experience, Newcomb will get my business for a quick winter heating tune-up later this fall.

I used them first for an emergency issue, which they responded to promptly and stayed into the evening to resolve for me. I then used them for a larger more intensive plumbing pipe project--their quote was competitive, they scheduled it quickly, and despite the challenging nature of the outdoor project, they made it completely painless for me.
