Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

Fast and friendly

Had a shower drain that would regularly back up. I could plunge it and get a little bit of temporary relief, but it would clog again in a few weeks. We called TCR and they came out the next day and it works great. Mike was prompt and professional, and answered all of my questions. Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

Great service

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

During an emergency call, we were told by another plumber that we needed a new pressure reducing valve. My gut told me to do my research, and I'm glad I did. Waite offered the best price of the 3 plumbers I called, accommodated a last minute schedule change to our appointment, and to top it off, they got here and discovered that we did not in fact need the new part. I am extremely grateful for their honesty and willingness to accommodate us. It's great to know there are businesses out there that are looking out for their clients.

I have trusted Air Experts for years, their team is always super helpful and very responsive. We had to replace our heating/cooling system this summer and they provided us with great options and got our new unit installed very quickly. This week our other 13 year old unit broke down and the AE team got here immediately to solve the problem and provide us with cost effective solutions. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service and happily recommend them to my family and friends.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Very professional and timely.

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

Carolina Plumbing & Repair has come out to my home twice now. Each time, they have been on time, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they do GREAT work, they do it quickly, and the prices are more than reasonable.

I plan on only using them going forward when I need a plumber.
