Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

Not only did they fit me into their schedule for the day(I received same day service) they were informative on what caused my problem and how to prevent it in the future. Eugene was a pleasure to deal with. He allowed me to send him photos of the job and provided timely and reasonable estimates for the job. He communicated efficiently, offered several approaches to solving the plumbing problem and allowed me to make a decision on which solution worked best for me. He arrived promptly and he and his colleague, Dennis, got to work quickly. They replaced a faucet in the master shower, which involved cutting a hole in the wall to access and replace the 21 year old valve. They also patched the drywall to a rough finish. While he was here, I mentioned two other plumbing projects I had on the back burner and he offered to take care of them all for a reasonable additional fee. He installed a new outside faucet and also adjusted the water pressure and checked the expansion tank of the hot water heater. Eugene explained everything he was doing was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Art of Plumbing.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We had our whole house changed from polybutene pipes to PEX. Waite was a great experience from the beginning. The free estimate and walkthrough was informative and kind, and the work was done in one day! (Plus a few days for sheetrock and painting). Every member of the team was super kind and patient. They were the best!

For five years since moving into our home, the water pressure in both the kitchen sink and showers have been terrible. No one seemed to help, although everyone had an opinion; including other plumbers that were paid for their opinion. But! on February 5, 2014, I was referred to CK's Plumbing and Backflow. I called and spoke with Chris, the owner. Not a call center, not a recording, but the owner of the company who was courteous and professional and set an appointment for me the next day with Bob. At 4:00 p.m. on the dot, Bob knocked at the door. He first put covers over his shoes, which was very appreciated. His personality was great, and his knowledge and experience spoke volumes. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed inside of thirty minutes. The water pressure is fantastic! I would recommend CK's Plumbing and Backflow to anyone who is looking for a company they can trust and can get the job done, the first time. They have set the bar high for customer service, satisfaction and intergrity! You will not be disappointed!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Mike is the best in his field. He is very responsive and does high quality work. In addition to repairing a water leak and installing a toilet, he has also helped me get my kitchen fitted for a gas stove. He is the best you will find.

Working with this company was a complete disaster for the beginning! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Appointment time was for first thing in the morning. Technicians showed up at 11:30am. Our project was NOT done with precision and professionalism as stated on their website. As you can see from the finish project photo, the water regulator handle sticks out over 1 1/2 from the face plate and they failed to put a thread end on the water spigot pipe.

We called PK plumbing because our disposal was leaking. Edwin came out first thing the next morning and he was so nice, honest, and explained things easily for us to understand. While he was here we had him look at some other things we were concerned about. So glad we did too! The bill ended up being a lot more than just the disposal (obviously!) because of the other things we asked him to look at but it turns out we had some serious issues! He was able to quickly fix everything. We trusted everything he had to say too, so we never once felt taken advantage of or being cheated of anything. I’d recommend them 100 times!! And they give a teacher discount!!
