Fast service and super informative

Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some unconventional work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

Biggest disaster ever!! This deserves 0 stars! Called about a stopped kitchen sink in May 2018. Rep came and tried unsuccessfully to plunge the blockage but in process damaged the strainer. Then was unsuccessful at snaking the clog from under sink. Went to roof vent and was successful only in moving the clog, not clearing it. Thinking it was clear he ran water that backed up in the bath sink on lower lever below kitchen. Now there is water flooding the bath floor. He is unsuccessful plunging from bath sink and from wet bar sink behind bath that drains to same pipe and in the process damages the wet bar sink strainer. Now he has to come back later because snake is broken. When he returns 4 hours later he has been working in mud and boots and pants are muddy but he walks right in tracking and depositing mud wherever he goes. He is unsuccessful snaking clog so says he must cut a hole in wall the get better access to pipe. When he get the hole cut in wall he must now cut the pipe to get access. After he does he is still unsuccessful in removing clog. Now he says he must bust up my bathroom floor (ceramic tile on slab). I say no and he says then he has done all he can do and presents me with a bill for over $300. He leaves with the hole in the wall and the wet bar sink disassembled. Worst experience ever!! I did get another plumber who was able to clear the clog.

I am a project manager for Spangler Restoration and I use Axis Plumbing for most of my projects and they always do a fantastic job and there are no issues or problems. They show up on time, work fast, and their communication is excellent. I would highly recommend!

Service technician very nice and repairs were made quickly. He basically fixed a small leak. They charged over 400 dollars for 30 minutes. The cost of the parts were likely less than 10 dollars. It was the weekend so I understand it's going to be a little more. Over the phone they mention a fixed 59 dollar charge for the service call. if repairs are done, get ready for a lot of suggestions for unnecessary repairs. It's hard to say if I would use them again. I'd likely shop around or try to repair myself for less than 20 bucks. But it's done and I have no more leaks thus 3 stars.

After having a nightmare of a time with other corporate and local plumbers, Mike came out right away to look at my project. He gave me an honest and fair price and a lot of information about the history of my system. His knowledge and expertise were impressive. Will definitely hire him for any future projects/repairs.

This company did an outstanding job hooking up out generator to our gas line so we never have to worry about filling the gas cans again! Love them, highly recommend!!

We had a leak in our main water line running into the house so we contacted ARC to replace the line. Clay did a great job throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional and talked me through the entire replacement and was able to answer all of my queries. The team, including Clay and Shane, were able to replace the line very fast and filled in the hole where the new line was installed in under a day. I would definitely recommend using ARC, and specifically Clay and Shane for your plumbing needs.

The Technician arrived on time, was very polite and seemed to be thorough in doing the seasonal maintenance check. The updates given on what he was doing during the service check was much appreciated. I would like to have this same Technician for every service!
