Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

We worked with Joe on many complicated plumbing projects in our house. He was so great to work with. Knowledge and profession. Can’t thank him enough for all the time he dedicated to fixing leaks, clogs and helping us with a DIY bathroom remodel. Chris was also present on many of the jobs and equally a great to work with We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin plumbing again in the future!

Terry came to my home Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. He was not only professional but super nice. He finished the job in less than an hour and put back on a complicated toilet seat with ease! 5 minutes. I would recommend TCR above everyone else!

Our Air system stopped working, called AirMakers for help, they came and got the system working for us. They did a full check of the system and found we had a slow leak and set up a call from their Representative. We worked out a deal with them for a new system because of the age of our system. They got us quickly in their schedule for the replacement. They were very professional as the system was replaced, making suggestions as to what needed to be replaced as they worked on putting in the new system. We are very satisfied with the work that was performed by the professional employees from AirMakers. We have used them for years for our seasonal system inspections. We would recommend AirMakers to anyone needing help or seasonal checks with their Heating and Air Conditioning systems.

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Ck plumbing comp is very good..Nick has done super nice job @ our home . Fix a KWC comp faucet put new cartiege .and install New Moen fix..in guest bath.Excellant job . Came in time with best helper..I am very satisfied with comp and GM Sondra..She is followup on job being done with right.that was nice.well done ..WE will use in future....

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

I had been doing business with Newcomb for 33 years. I bought all my AC / Heating units from them and had a yearly contract for inspection twice a year. Last Dec 19, 2018 ?, i found that half of my down stairs was warm and the other half was cold. I knew what had happened, one of the trunk lines had come off the distribution box. I called service explaining the problem, the service call person did not understand ???? They sent a service person the next day, upon inspection inform me that my distribution box was disintegrating and the trunk line could not be hooked back up. I would have to make an appointment with the sales dept to schedule an estimate to replace my duct work. It is Dec 19th!!!!
I was so angry that they did not even try to to band-Aid the system to get me through Christmas. If they had I probable would have bought the new duck work thinking they were taking care of a 33 year customer.
I called a friend that night that is in the Heat & AC business and explained the situation. He was there the next day, connected a new 4 ft trunk line to my distribution box and said the box was fine!!! Charged my $0, Newcomb charged me $85 for what?
Here it is 7/31/19 all is well with my system.

It is nice to work with a company that delivers great service at a good price. I had my main waterline from the road to the house replaced last December and CK's quoted the best price and seemed like they would be good to work with. Turns out they were great. So when the sewer line backed up at 4:30pm on the 5th of July they were the first ones I called. They were able to have Sean here at 9am on the 6th and he knew exactly where to start. He was very professional and after snaking 90 ft of line finally hit a clump of roots and everything opened up. Since Sean and Anthony were so nice I asked about, and had them video the line to look for the problem. At 90ft he found roots penetrating the line where it empties at the tap in the street. The rest of the line was clear which give me the piece of mind to know if this happens again exactly who I will be calling. Since I have used them 2 times in a year and both times have been excellent service at a very reasonable price I don't have any problem recommending them to anyone that needs some plumbing done.

I have used the services of William Parrish Plumbing for several years. William is a consummate professional and has the certifications to back it up. He contacted us 30 minutes before arriving as promised and hit his target time window. He quickly assessed our issues and fixed them on the spot. And his Total-C professional drain treatment formula will now be part of my regime for drain maintenance. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber! 10 Stars!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
