Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

We contacted William Parrish Plumbing to install a new dishwasher. There was an error with the installation that caused water to drain onto our oak floors. The water was quickly mopped up & the plumber, Scott returned right away to evaluate what went wrong. The error was immediately addressed and our dishwasher works like a charm.Initially our floor looked OK. About 10 days later a few boards immediately near the dishwasher were cupped. When the damage became evident we contacted William Parrish and spoke with Jefferson. They responded immediately with a restoration company, at their expense. The few warped boards have laid back down.nicely. I cannot commend Mr. Parrish and Jefferson enough. What impressed me is their high level of customer service throughout our contact, from making the appointment to install our dishwasher to stepping up immediately and addressing our floors.It is easy to provide good service when everything goes right. In this experience a mistake was made. Everyone involved was honest and straight forward. We did not exaggerate our damage and the plumbing company did not attempt to escape or mitigate their responsibility. Mr Parrish and Jefferson treated us professionally throughout and always spoke to me with the upmost respect and kindness.Mr. Parrish’s company will be our plumber forevermore because they are trustworthy, professional and ethical. You cannot get any better than that.

I noticed a severe leak in the water lines for my washing machine. I called Peaches Plumbing and they had a technician at my house immediately! The technician was clean, on-time, very proficient They repaired the leak and had me up and running so quickly. I would highly recommend Peaches Plumbing!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Ken came to my home and was very courteous and professional. He provided me with a reasonable estimate for my repair and he stuck by it. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We hired Poole’s to raise the pipes in our basement that we just converted from a tall crawl space. (Poole’s also did the original plumbing for the house, too). They quoted a great price, showed up on time, and the guys who did the work were professional and friendly. They even swept the basement floor when they were done. We are so pleased with the work and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We were having problems with our toilet leaking and it was impacting our water bill. Chris and Ray came out to fix it, calling to let us know they were on the way. They were both friendly, professional and very efficient. They identified and fixed the problem quickly and the cost was reasonable. Great to deal with, I will definitely use CK Plumbing & Backflow again, and will request Chris and Ray to do the work. Highly recommended.
