This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

Working with Raleigh Water Heater Guys was fantastic! They were responsive and performed great work. I used them to replace my hot water heater and they managed with doing that in a tight space in a closet. Andrew, the owner, called personally to set up a technician. He then sent me a photograph of the technician so we would know who to let in the house. This was professional, considerate and comforting, especially since my (grown) daughter was going to be at home alone with him.
Then Jake, the technician, arrived promptly. He was considerate of our home and pets. He was knowledgeable and went right to work fixing our problem. Your Service Pro is now our new plumber.

Keith and his brother did a wonderful job taking care of a laundry list of plumbing items we needed taken care of after buying our home. The final cost was a little higher than the original quote due to extra work that needed to be completed that was not able to be seen during the estimate. They did a fantastic job and were in and out in less than a day. We will definitely use them for future plumbing needs!

For being on time and handling communication (automated email reminders) this place does have that down properly. But when it comes to actual work and up selling, that is where I have to knock a couple stars...

Compared to other hvac service contracts I've had, these folks do not seem nearly as thorough but they are quick to point out things that aren't really a problem and upgrades at a cost that is higher than most.

After doing a routine maintenance they left me with a problem that never existed prior (zone was no longer working). The positive is that they did offer to come back later that night but I was able to avoid it and another potential return trip cost.

At the end of the day, I think these folks mean well, definitely try to sell you on everything and are a bit pricey than others.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. Excellent job, if i have any other plumbing services needed i will definitely call them again. Also if anyone that i know that may need plumbing services i will highly recommend Rooter & Sons. We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

Scott was AMAZING today. I called yesterday afternoon with a non-emergency expecting to leave a message and wait a few days. Instead I got nice, knowledgeable person on the line and Scott was here the next morning. He was able to solve our problem the most cost-efficient way and presented multiple options to us. Scott communicated very well and taught us a lot about plumbing, too. Had we chosen another company, there might be a hole in our kitchen ceiling and a drywall job to be done, but Scott made the repair through a hole in the wall in an adjoining room which we can easily cover with a inexpensive access panel (in stock at home depot for around $15).

Have used this company a few times and highly recommend them
