I called RTP Plumbing because we had the shower head gooseneck break off, leaving us without a working shower and a tough repair. RTP came with high marks from NextDoor so I called. They made an appointment for the next day, in the weekend, and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes! Friendly, professional, and great value! I strongly recommend RTP Plumbing!

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

I submitted a service request on their website for a leaking toilet and to look at my kitchen sink that occasionally doesn't drain. Their communication and responsiveness were great. I was given a quick estimate range based on what I keyed in the request box, knowing that it could change once they arrived and saw the issues. They were early for the appointment and cleaned up everything as they worked. I was thoroughly impressed and I'll definitely use them again.

TCR was recommended to me by a family member and I have had a great experience with them replacing my water heater. Their quote was significantly cheaper than a quote I received from another local plumbing company, and they didn't engage in any pushy tactics or upselling as I have experienced elsewhere. Everyone I spoke to on the phone while getting my service scheduled was friendly and responsive. The techs were punctual, friendly, efficient, and were patient with questions I had during the service.

Ryon came on a Sunday and fixed our HVAC. He diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced the part. I highly recommend them. They did not overcharge us even though it was a weekend call.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I used PLMR for a drain that was clogged and the gentleman that came was wonderful !! We will be using him again !! He was responsive, well presented , and efficient and knowledgeable. Called them when we had a pipe freeze in our home.Although very busy,they arrived the same day and repaired the pipe at a reasonable price.Their crew was friendly and efficient and I would use them again with any plumbing need.

It's hard to find a good plumber. Fortunately, those at Fuller Services did a fantastic job. They were easy to schedule, on time, and personable. It was easy to get in contact with the assigned plumber as needed, and they shared information freely. The completed work was good quality as were the products they sold. On multiple occasions, they were very accommodating to ensure we were able to get everything switched over the same day so we didn't have to go without hot water for more than a couple hours. I highly recommend them!

Our water heater croaked on Saturday afternoon, I called CK's, and they were able to come replace it immediately even though it was Saturday evening by the time the replacement was finished. Juan was professional, communicative, and friendly, and he totally saved the day! We will definitely use CK's again!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
