Expansion tank on my water heater began to leak one evening through a small pin hole - Midtown Plumbing had a technician at my home the next morning as promised. Emergency after-hours service was available, but I decided to wait until the next day as the leak was not a major issue. The technician swapped out the tank, refilled and tested the system to be sure there were no leaks and the system was performing properly. Quick, easy and an inexpensive repair! WeatherMaster installed a standby generator system for me. I have an older home, and to say it was a challenging installation would be an understatement! Everyone listened carefully to what I needed and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The management was amazing at keeping the project within budget, and Pat the electrician was knowledgeable and flexible during installation. The Generac unit is quiet and efficient. I recommend this team both for the quality of the product and integrity of the service.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew was the BEST plumber I ever know. He explained everything clearly. My house got water heater install as well as three toilets and faucet. All things done neat and quick. His charge is fair and reasonable. He is professional and always on time. His personality is super nice and sincere. Good at his job, easy to schedule!

We had a late emergency with our water heater. Will & his team were very responsive, they took care of the water coming out of the system and returned the next day with a new unit. Once again thank you for being the only one out of a few phone calls to respond in the manner you did.

The crew did a great job installing our new toilet and fixing our shower. They were courteous, professional, and did excellent work at a great value. Tim was particularly helpful in making sure everything was working properly and helping us save money on repairs.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

The basin of our sink was separating from our counter, and we were unsure of who to call. We became aware of 1-800-Plumber+Air through Yelp. I received a call-back immediately on Wednesday, and Dalton and Charlie were able to fix the sink on Thursday. Dalton and Charlie were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong with the previous sealant, and was able to get the supplies and the right glue.
