Best Leaking Shower in Raleigh NC

I had my water heater replaced by TCR Rooter & Plumbing and I'm totally satisfied with how quickly they responded to the initial call. The night before the service, I called the plumber on call and reported a water leak. He talked me through finding the water shutoff valve and how to resolve the leak until the next day. Service was fast, the plumber was professional, and had the new water heater installed the very next day. I recommend this company to family/friends.

Main drainage pipe broke on a holiday weekend. Responded quickly and on time. Work quality was excellent.

Henry and Tom came out to our house Sunday for an emergency call and were amazing. We have to have further work done in a month or so and when we do, I'll be calling here to schedule.

Edited 08.27: Henry and Andy came out this morning to complete the work I mentioned above and they did the work of champions. They busted their butts in the hot sun to break up concrete underneath our house and get new, unbroken piping laid down and were polite, on-time, and amazing to work with. Still really pleased with my choice to use this company. Additionally, Hayley and Carrie in the office are both lovely to work with when scheduling services.

Mark did a great job on getting straight to work and got the job done quickly and professionally. Would definitely want him to come check out something else that comes up.

The technician Andy made me very uncomfortable to the point i almost pulled my gun. In addition he was not prepared with tools or a proper tape measure. He pulled a wooden ruler out to measure my sink and took 30 min to do so.
I won’t be using them for this project.

Mike with Citywide Plumbing has work with me on several plumbing projects at my home that range from repairing hose bib facets, installing gas line extensions to new gas oven to repairing faulty drain lines to Unclogging storm drain lines from downspouts at my home. I feel like I have a professional plumber on standby whenever I need something addressed and he's there immediately to take care of it. He's also a joy to get to know as a person.

Jason came out on a Sunday to clean my drain line and camera it to find the cause of the problem after another company had been out 4 times prior. Once the problem was found, he was prompt with providing an estimate to repair. Him and his team came out, repaired two places in my sewer line, and cleaned everything up. I will certainly be calling them again for future plumbing needs!

Great experience having my backflow inspected and repaired.

Eric is the best. He came by at 9:30pm just to help me disconnect a gas stove, and then also came back two days later to reconnect all of our plumbing after a granite project. Everyone needs a good plumber in their Rolodex, and Eric will be our go-to going forward!

Eric arrived on time, and quickly located a blocked sewer drain line, then cleared it. He also ran a camera through to identify a root problem with the line. He was quick, clear in explaining the problems and what he discovered. He also asked me to watch the screen as he scoped the line to see the damage for myself from a root that had penetrated the line. He determined where the root was so we could mark the surface. The price was reasonable, and as quoted before doing any repair work. Great job!

Met Anthony through our home warranty with Old Republic when our kitchen sink stopped draining. Can’t say enough about this guy. He came in, assessed the issue, and delivered a fantastic repair. His work is quality and he was spot on with what needed to be done. We had three plumbers come out before him to get a balanced quote and he was the most honest and forthcoming with what was necessary to get the sink working again. Highly recommend!
