They answered all my wife’s hundreds of questions (lol) and we decided to schedule an appointment. They were ON TIME for our appointment and very kind. Glen and his crew are great plumbers, easy to talk to, clear regarding recommendations and pricing, and just great at the work! Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I should have known better than to call this company. The guy who came was very nice but the price to run a snake was outrageously overpriced! I told him no thanks. Had another company come who charged a third of price. I’ll never call Roto Rooter again!

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
