Great Service, Professional, courteous and friendly. My well pump went bad, Luna, Travis, and Alex came out to replace the old 20 Year old pump. Our well sat at 600 feet deep and they had no problems pulling, replacing and making sure everything in the system checked out and worked perfect before they left. Even the secretary on the phone was very informational and understanding of the situation as well.

With the report of Hurricane Michael on the news, I knew I needed to act fast on our waterline leak that was located in front of our house. Jayk's was recommended to us and I called with my problem. Jason sent a guy out right away and got the pipe replaced for us! What a RELIEF!!! If you ever need plumbing, call these guys! They REALLY do what they say on the side of their truck...We'll come running!

Midtown is the only plumbing vendor to call in wake county if you want your job done efficiently, on time and for the best price in the market. I purchased 2 high end heavy one piece toilets for my upstairs bathrooms on Black Friday 2020 and had them delivered to my home. For over a month I have interview more than 6 vendors to have them installed. Few would quote a price on the phone, and the ones that came to the house before giving me a quote all had hidden fees and up sell tactics. My call to midtown was answered immediately, a price was quoted and a quick date was set for installation. Russell the installer, arrive on the date, on time and called 40 minutes prior to arrival. Two hours later everything was done and there were no variations in pricing from what I was quoted-which by the way was $300-$400 less than any other vendor. If you appreciate customer service and professionalism, and also want the best price in the market-make them your first call.

Be careful. Schwartz Plumbing came out to look at a hot water heater that wasn't working and hit the reset button and charged me $150.00. The hot water heater continues to turn off, and apparently it was my fault because the technician didn't understand that the problem wasn't the reset button? So incorrect diagnosis but blame placed on customer.

I noticed a severe leak in the water lines for my washing machine. I called Peaches Plumbing and they had a technician at my house immediately! The technician was clean, on-time, very proficient They repaired the leak and had me up and running so quickly. I would highly recommend Peaches Plumbing!

My upstairs shower was leaking directly below to our living room ceiling. I re-grouted the shower, hoping that would fix the problem. It did not. So I later called Cecil Davis Plumbing and told them that it seemed like I needed a replacement for my shower pan.

Two plumbers came. The head plumber was very friendly and chatty to me, and he seemed to be teaching the Jr. plumber because I heard him tell the Jr. plumber not to turn on the sink faucets or they wouldn't be able to tell if the leak was from the sink faucets or the shower. Anyway, the plumbers turned on the shower and also the bathtub full blast, creating a huge new leak in my ceiling.

It's definitively your shower pan, the plumber said. Call a contractor. Then he gave me the bill.
I was shocked they couldn't do it. Their website said they could.

It would have been nice had they told me we only diagnose when I had made the call.

I got another plumber.

I've had Westover Plumbing come out for various plumbing issues around my house. I have an upstairs bathroom sink that has never drained well. I have even had another company try to fix it but the fix was temporary. Now it has been several months and it is still draining well! On the same trip I asked them to look at my water heater in my crawl space. It takes forever to get hot water. Glen the owner called me back and said that due to the age of my water heater, he did not recommend doing anything about it now. It would be like making a software upgrade to an iphone 2. I really appreciate the honesty.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I had them come into my home to do water restorations due flooding upstairs. They ended up removing things like walls, that did not need to be removed. They also took up carpet, but did not remove it; removed doors that I can no longer find where the screws are; and removed part of the flooring that is downstairs. Part of my downstairs has flooring, the other half, I am walking on concrete. I feel as if they intentionally did extra stuff to get paid more. I would not recommend this company. I will post pictures later of how they ruined my home.

We love Newcomb, and have used them for all our plumbing and HVAC issues here in Raleigh. All of their employees have been excellent, but we always feel especially lucky when Linwood the plumber comes to take care of our service call. This past Sunday we discovered a nasty leak under our kitchen sink. Linwood was at our home within 30 minutes, and had the leak fixed 10 minutes later. Thank you, Newcomb and Linwood!
