Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

When I discovered my outdoor water faucet would not shut off, I called Jayk's because of the good reviews posted on google for their speed of service. I was able to speak to someone on my first call and they were able to send someone that same day. Fortunately, it was a simple fix and they were able to repair it in less than 20 min. Great service and very reasonably priced. I would definitely refer Jayk's.

Our plumber Chris was great! We were doing some home renovations and he even helped us out with that (removing toilet and sink) and gave us some general pointers. Very happy with the service.

Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. WE HAD A HOME WARRANTY INSTALL A WATER HEATER BUT IT WASN'T THE RIGHT WATER HEATER. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF DEALING WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY SENDING OUT INCOMPETENT PLUMBERS, WE DECIDED TO FIND AN INDEPENDENT PLUMBER. WE HIRED THE ART OF PLUMING OF CARY, NC. THEY DIAGNOSED AND INSTALLED THE CORRECT WATER HEATER. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ART OF PLUMMING FOR ALL YOUR PLUMMING NEEDS.

I don't recommend peaches plumbing. They give a good estimate but leave the work undone and don't return your calls after receiving the payment in full.
I had a list of plumbing issues including replacing a toilet, changing a sink faucet, cleaning the garbage disposal, fixing the drains of two sinks, and installing an expansion tank and its draining pipe.
The plumber I worked with, Josh, came and inspected the issues and gave me a quote.
Once he started, he found a new leaky pvc pipe above the expansion tank he was going to install and fixed it for free, which I appreciate, but my major issues where sealing (reinstalling) a toilet, fixing a faucet, and cleaning the garbage disposal, which he never delivered!
He charged me in full and disagreed when I asked him to pay half halfway and the rest when all is delivered. Also I agreed to pay extra for installing the toilet, which he broke during sealing it due to a rusty bolt as he said, and the new faucet (he said the washer is off and better buy a new one). Once he received the PayPal payment, he never responded my calls and texts to install the toilet and the fauset he asked me to purchase.
I eventually had to get someone to fix my toilet and faucet separately, which of course cost me a lot of money and time.

I DON'T recommend peaches plumbing if you want to get your job done!

Tracy and his team did a wonderful job for the plumbing at our new property. The team provided a price-competitive estimate based on an initial review of work that needed to be done, and went above and beyond in thoroughly inspecting and recommending action items where needed for our plumbing. The repairs were done well and made on time, and Tracy was very communicative during the process and explained everything. Couldn’t recommend him more!

After looking on Nextdoor to see who had the best reviews for a repiping of a house one name kept coming up over and over, Waite Plumbing. Having used them now myself I am also giving them an awesome review. The owner Mike is very professional, patient with my questions and fairly priced. The crew he sent was respectful of my house, my time and left the house clean. I will now use them as my plumbers when needed. Thank you so much!

Receptionist wasnt very friendly when I made the call to request service. The expression of you only get one chance to make a first impression is true. I decided to call another plumber for our plumbing issues.

What an awesome company! I got to speak/meet with the owner directly when scheduling the initial appointment and getting a proposal. When the work was to be completed, he told me he would be sending his expert technician out to complete the work. He wasn't lying! His technician was, indeed, and expert and had my system installed to perfection in very little time. I'm sold; never using another plumber besides Westover again.

Mr. Coats replaced my main water line and the main house shut-off valve a few months ago. I had three different plumbers come out and his quote was not only the most competitive but he took the time to answer all my questions and didn't try and upsell me on random other plumbing projects like the other people did. He arrived when he said he was going to and he took exactly as long as he said it would take. He even took some pictures of the work and sent them to me for my records. Overall I was very impressed by his work and will definitely be using him for all future plumbing needs.
