What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

The technicians that arrived to install our new Carrier Pack, were swift in their work, courteous, professional. I can't begin to describe how impressed I am with this business. They work with pride, and it truly shows! We were sitting here dead in the water on emergency heat (compressor died on old unit) with this Arctic Air moving in. After contacting two other companies who were majorly dragging their feet about helping us failed to do anything in a timely manner, I contacted Airmakers. I am so glad that we did!! We are cozy and warm. Thank you Airmakers :) OH - And pricing on this package was very reasonable, much less than quoted by another business of same nature.

Tim was very good in the maintenance on our air conditioner. He recommended some options to help the system to run more efficient. We had some questions he explained in detail we are very pleased customers. Thank you.

When Jake came to my home hechecked my AC unit and said the caliber had gone bad and the compressor was completely gone...He was going to charge me $400 for a $7 part .then insisted the compressor was blown, they came out and offered me a new system for $10,000 to $11,000. That $7 part worked and cost me no where near what the were trying to sell me. My AC works beautifully! I an hurt that they are out here taking advantage of people like me.when ur hot your desperate for air...be careful and get a 2nd or 2rd opinion!

These folks are great. Called them when my A/C was out on 90 degree plus day and they were at my house within 2 hours and fixed me up. Didnt even have a contract with them. Reasonable prices. Good job!!!

Received services within the same day contacted. Technicians arrived and introduced himself promptly as scheduled. Properly masked and wore shoe covering upon entering residence. They promptly provided maintenance and gave me their recommendations. I plan to use them again for my HVAC services.

Great Experience! Billy came out on the service call, showed up early and we discussed options for a major repair to restore water service to my home. After discussing options, he was prepared to get to work, keeping me informed along the way. He fixed the problem quickly, and let me know what options I should consider moving forward related to the fix. All around, great experience. I recommend them highly. Very pleased.

This company did an outstanding job hooking up out generator to our gas line so we never have to worry about filling the gas cans again! Love them, highly recommend!!

I did have these people to switch my water pump since July 22,2020 it is August 20th when I’m writing this review it is not fixed when they said it is going to be fixed it took one more week for them to fix it, if they are willing to do it they been payed since day one they said we will be there at margin of time they NEVER come on time.. I’m so sad when I think theres companies like this they don’t care about doing the job right they just go for the money

Cannot speak more highly of Sonny's Mechanical!!! We have been using them for over 3 years. We have nothing but high praise for their work, professionalism and the cleanliness and care of the crews. Our service calls have been both emergencies and maintenance on our Heat Pumps and 35 year old ductwork. Their fees are very reasonable and they stand behind their work 100%!
