I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Richard Santer did our fall maintenance and was very compentent and professional. He has provided troubleshooting of our systems on several occations and we were pleased with his work. We have been AirMakers customers for over 20 years and have been satisfied with their work, which included installation of two new split-system units at our current home.

Scheduled an estimate request with Weather Master, and when the estimator arrived I was finishing up with a competitor as getting multiple quotes to compare is a requirement. I was outside, saw the estimator, and instead of getting out of his truck, he sat for 10 minutes then aggressively sped away. He did not exit his truck and ring the doorbell to speak with my wife, call my cell phone, or otherwise communicate in any way. I immediately called the office line and they confirmed that he saw me speaking with another company and opted to not even exit his vehicle. They offered to send him back out, but I declined. Glad this happened before I received an estimate. Don't waste your time with a company with such petty business practices and lack of professionalism.

Our HVAC unit died just in time for summer. Any homeowner knows this is probably the most expensive thing you will have to replace in your home's lifetime. Air Experts has amazing reviews on Google, and now I know why.Dave H. presented the company to us in a very professional manner..he was no pressure, no nonsense and I didn't feel like he was trying to oversell us. They actually have a financing program in house that made it incredibly affordable and financially realistic. One of the dining room lights went out while we were going over pricing and he even offered to switch it out it for me. Dave's obviously no stranger to above and beyond.The tech who came out, Shane, knows SO MUCH about HVAC..he educated me on refrigerant, coils and system efficiency within just a few minutes. He made everything really easy to understand, and his customer service skills are top notch. Thank God I got his business card and we will be using him as our technician going forward. Shane could probably service HVAC with his eyes closed.Kurt and Roberto showed up for the install, on time-- I think even a few minutes early. They work FAST. I was expecting it to take several hours and they were done 2 hours ahead of schedule. Kurt thoroughly explained the thermostat to me (which looks like something out of NASA compared to the relic it replaced), and put carbon monoxide detectors wherever they needed to go. Both Kurt and Roberto were so kind, and very customer focused. After they left I went outside to check out the new unit and it looked CLEAN. Beautifully installed, no scraps left behind..and it wasn't just an HVAC system, there's actually a whole home air filtration system they put in the crawl.These guys have absolutely earned their high ratings/reviews because they provide outstanding products and service that people can actually afford. Thank you all so much for making our home comfortable again!

Very courteous and thorough! Had these guys come out recently to look at my HVAC, and found out that the fuse had blown. Tech was super thorough and explained everything well.

We got three different estimates to look into a backup issue with our toilet. PK Plumbing was the only company that strongly suggested doing a camera diagnosis first. In that way we would be completely certain what the problem is and where it is located. Makes sense. Well, I'm so happy that we approached the problem that way. The diagnoses was the cheapest item on their estimate. It ended up being an issue that needed to be taken care of by the Town of Cary, as the sewage lines were backed up outside our property. We would have wasted money cleaning our pipes with the other companies. PK Plumbing even remained available to speak with the town of Cary to make sure they took care of that quickly. They were so professional, knowledgeable and caring!! I give them FIVE STARS!!

I had a capacitor go out in my outside unit. I knew it was a capacitor but was tied up with work and didn't have time to fix it myself so I called these guys. I called and they showed up the next day within the time-frame, however, it seems they price gouge. I was charged a service fee of $90.00 and hen $204.40 for the capacitor. He also put 2 pounds of R-22 in for $225. I was expecting the capacitor to maybe be $75 max (since you can get capacitors all day at home depot for $10 to $20).

I would call someone else and wouldn't recommend this company unless you like paying $$$.

I called Sonny's in a total jam. I had a water heater in an atic leak and ruined a ton of wall and flooring. I had been without hot water for 2 days. My original plumber choice flaked on me and I started dialing. I ran across Sonny and they literally made some time for the same day and handled the job with care and precision. We have a marble bathroom that he expertly protected. Totally professional, clean and honest! Rare find. Great job and thank you for the rescue!!!
