Best Hour Plumbing in Raleigh NC

We have a clogged drain and set up an appointment for today over the weekend. We were told that we would be called this morning between 9am-12pm before they head over and received no phone call.We called at 12:30pm and were told the owner would call us back immediately. We ended up receiving the call back at 5:06pm today. We're going with a different company because our time wasn't respected and there was a complete lack of professionalism as far as scheduling and communication.

Matt from Schwartz came by and fixed a leak under our sink as well as a couple of other minor thing. He was very helpful - got everything done quickly and at a fair price.

We had two aging original water heaters, one electric and one direct vent gas that needed replacing. Pooles was one of three places that I got quotes from and their quoting rep, Bill, immediately impressed me with his attention to detail and knowledge of what my options were. Bill took measurements inside and out and talked about the exact process for similar replacements or a switch to tankless. In our case, I decided that it made the most sense to convert to tankless and it was clear that they were pros at doing that conversion. The quote also came in the lowest which was a great bonus, but since this is critical house infrastructure I was weighing the decision more on the expertise exhibited at the quoting stage.

When it came time for the install, the techs Henry and Dylan did a fantastic and expert job. They mounted the new unit to the wall, plumbed in a dedicated gas line from the outside meter and very cleanly and neatly plumbed the unit in with our existing water lines and recirculation system. All of the visible hot lines were insulated for efficiency and you can almost not tell we used to have tanks. The before and after photos speak for themselves. They were done in a day and the inspector had no concerns whatsoever. VERY satisfied customer here! Thanks Poole's!

Wayne (3112) and Eric came to unclog a pipe for me today. They were very professional and resolved the problem in no time. They also cleaned up well after the job was finished. Very satisfied with my experience! I definitely will be using roto rooter as my go to for plumbing service!

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

When my new AC broke just a month or so after its install they came out the same day even though it was 9:30 at night before they arrived. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs from here on out. What a great company

Based on the number of positive reviews, I decided to give this company a try because the other plumbing company did not have someone available when need. I'm glad I used this Raleigh Plumbing. Not only were they able to get someone out the next day, the plumber was professional and knowledgable. Victor, the plumber during the work installed two toilets and unplugged a bathtub drain. He worked efficiently and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work performed.

Cannot say enough about how great our experience was with Jason. His solution to our major water pipe issue saved us a tremendous amount of money. He laid out the plan from start to finish, even after being surprised at the current configuration. It was pretty funny the look on his face when he saw how the water pump was previously installed. All he could say was Now that's scary lol
After 3 days of really hard work on Jason's part, these two ol ladies are set up with a system that we can count on for a long time.

I used CPB to install a sink in our butler pantry, install a shower fixture in our master and flush our hot water system and each time, they got the job done well!
