Eric and Joel were out working at my house today on a service call and they could not have been any more professional. They put down plastic to keep the house clean and you couldn't even tell they were here once they packed up and cleaned up. I will definitely use Pooles again for plumbing needs.

Highly dissatisfied with Roto Rooter ... shower drain clog, the technician was here for 10 minutes and we were charged $400!! When we later called to complain about the extortionist pricing, the agent said we would soon be contacted by customer service ... no follow up call every came. And now 3 months later the same drain is clogged. Do NOT use this company!

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Camden was on time, personable & professional. I feel as though he did the best inspection of my AC system that has been done in a while. I will request that he perform any inspections or system services in the future.

Carolina Plumbing & Repair has come out to my home twice now. Each time, they have been on time, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they do GREAT work, they do it quickly, and the prices are more than reasonable.

I plan on only using them going forward when I need a plumber.

Jason repiped my house with PEX removing the old Polybutylene piping. His work was very clean and well done. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. The price to repipe my home was a very fair price as well.

I used CPB to install a sink in our butler pantry, install a shower fixture in our master and flush our hot water system and each time, they got the job done well! No issues since installation of the sink or shower fixture. Sammy (the operator) was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I would recommend and use again.

I was charged a fair price for the new tank and installation. Many others had quotes that were extremely high. The techs were professional and left my home clean.
