The technician came out wearing a face mask, gloves and booties. I have had several repairmen in my home over the last two weeks. He was the only one wearing protective gear. I greatly appreciate the respect for my health. He described all that was wrong and needed to be repaired immediately. We installed new parts and was gone as quickly as he came. This is a great Company to work with. Mike helped bring my water heater up to code after the previous owner's handyman made a mess of it. I've since had Mike do several other projects like spigots, faucets, and gas lines (they can do it all!). The team is available on short notice, fairly priced, professional, and very helpful and happy to walk through any issues over the phone.

We are delighted with Poole’s Plumbing! I know for a fact, that I flushed too many wipes down our commode. Poole’s found and cleared our immediate problem, but in the meantime, they discovered our sewer pipe had detached and separated from the main. They proposed a repair, and the price was fair enough, but beyond our budget at this time. But not to worry! The Poole’s professionals gave us lots of hints and ideas to keep our sewer flowing until the repair is in budget!

Matt the technician came out on a late Monday evening while both of my kids were sleeping to fix an issue with one of the downstairs toilets as I didn't have the correct tool for the low-flow toilet. He was very polite, and did everything possible to minimize any noise to resolve the problem. I would definitely use the service again.

So impressed and happy with my service from Bolton today! The scheduler was very courteous and I was able to get a same day appointment. My service provider, Eric, called to verify 20 minutes before he arrived. Eric was able to not only fix the problem that I had requested service for quickly and efficiently, he also discovered the reason for two other issues we have been having. So relieved that they are both something that can be fixed! Eric is very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing and HVAC, and was so considerate to always wear shoe covers in the house.

During the backflow test for our yearly safety inspections. We had a valve break in the off position. It was very late in the day on a hot July Friday afternoon, and our building was completely without water. 919-Plumber literally came to our rescue. Our water was back operational in no time. Oh My Gosh! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Ordered a new sink as a gift for my son from the Lowes in Clayton. My son had surgery on his right arm and couldn't pick up the sink. I called CP&R to see if they could pick it up and do the installation They picked up the sink, took it to my son's house to install. The sink was broken, CP&R returned it to Lowes for us. When the new sink came in, CP&R went again to pick up the sink, again the sink was broken. Third try, CP&R went, again, to Lowes, checked the new sink - all was well. Installing the sink was the easy part! I appreciate Paul dealing with all the stuff at Lowes for us and not telling me to find a new guy to finish the job. Really appreciated all their help!
