Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Swift and great service! Was referred by a co-worker and called bright and early at 6:15 and was amazed to get someone on the phone. The tech Brad was amazing and not only fixed my leak but explained everything. I’m a new homeowner and was stressed the whole day about my leak. This time HVAC is down. Called Emergency service last night. The engineer was too busy to come out but promised to put request forward to the office for appointment next day. Called the office this morning, no information was transferred. They took information again and told me that I will be notified when engineer will be dispatched. Called at noon to check and they told me I was scheduled for tomorrow. When reminding them of agreeing with engineer last night to postpone service to today, they told me engineer was not authorized to promise appointment. Manager apologized. ..........I am glad there are alternative providers that provide state of the art customer service....

After moving into a new house I realized a few valves were leaking under my kitchen sink. Midtown was able to send someone out the next day and he replaced all of the plumbing under the sink, including the disposal based on his recommendation. He was very thorough and cleaned up after he was finished. I highly recommend Midtown Plumbing for residential plumbing needs.

Ernest Perry was our sales rep. He made the whole process as seamless as possible. He was able to get us scheduled for our new hvac the very next day. He was there every step of the way and was very present. He even checked on us after the install to make sure everything was satisfactory. The whole service experts team was outstanding and our experience with them was great! We would not want to go with anyone else for our HVAC needs.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I used PLMR for a drain that was clogged and the gentleman that came was wonderful !! We will be using him again !! He was responsive, well presented , and efficient and knowledgeable. I am currently renting a townhome while working in Raleigh and notified the realtor of some plumbing issues I had noticed. They contacted Michael & Son who sent Ryan to inspect the concerns. Ryan was very patient and professional while communicating with me and the property manager who had to call the owner a few times to relay information. Ryan helped to ease some of my concerns I had as a renter and was very knowledgeable about his profession. He was able to explain things in a way that I could follow and understand. The owner requested to get another quote prior to any work being completed. However, as a renter I would be happy to see Ryan again.
