I had a break in an old sewer line in my front yard and TCR did a wonderful job replacing the bad pipe. They were fast, competent, professional, and honest. They were about 2/3 the price of an earlier quote I had from a national rooter company. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all plumbing.

We had a leak a couple weeks ago (started raining in our foyer closet) and called Waite plumbing. Mike called back within minutes, gave us great advice for what to do immediately, and was over a few hours later to take a look. It turned out we had the dreaded polybutalene piping, so we had Waite Plumbing do the repipe and replace our leaking water heater while he was at it. He and his partner were efficient, but never seemed rushed, careful and conscientious. They even showed up during an ice storm, and cleaned up thoroughly after--the house looked better after they left than it did before! On top of that, Mike was extremely pleasant. I can't recommend enough.

UPDATE: We had them out again, and, again, they were terrific. Our dishwasher died and we ordered a new one, but no vendor was able to schedule to install it for us within three weeks. We called Waite plumbing and they scheduled us for two days later. It turns out that the washer was broken upon delivery (one of the shelf brackets inside was broken), so we had to get it replaced, and Waite plumbing came right back out and reinstalled it--and cut us a deal, even though it wasn't their fault it was broken. It was also a tricky installation because our floor isn't level under the dishwasher but the guy worked on it until it was perfectly level with no gaps. Excellent service.

They replaced the shower head and installed a new disposal. They were kind enough to put back all the items under the sink for me, which I appreciated. They are my go-to company for all my plumbing needs!

We had Mr. Hal fixed the expansion tank of our water heater that is leaking, he is very informative and helpful not to mention on wonderful job that he did, and the customer service is very responsive, we are satisfied and definitely will recommend ease plumbing personally Mr. Hal himself.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I needed a plumber ASAP as my watervwas turned off due to a leak in the main line coming in to a fitting under my kitchen sink, Your Master Plumber Roy Sanders and his partner provided outstanding service. I had some problems getting my GC to permit the work he had done in my home. I decided to just get it taken care of myself and called Carolina Plumbing & Repair. While NONE of this was Carolina Plumbing & Repairs fault or problem, when I called Paul to ask for help getting things permitted and inspected he was literally at my house within 1 hour. He was extremely helpful and understanding. He got everything resolved/permitted for me in 2 days. Frank has been out to my house multiple times and is always extremely polite and courteous. Carolina Plumbing & Repair will be my first call for all future plumbing needs, it’s very hard to find such good people and help! I have already recommended them to friends.

Called Newcomb in the afternoon after heater went out. They sent out a Tech, Richard G., the same day to diagnose. He quickly diagnosed as a bad blower motor/circuit board. He spent the extra time researching the issue and was able to determine the part could be replaced under warranty. This is normally a $1500 repair but was able to do it for labor only for $250 total (including initial service call/diagnostics). Appreciate the promptness and professionalism of Richard and the quick and accurate repairs.
