Excellent service! We had two separate plumbing issues at once and were referred to Fasco thru our 2-10 warranty. The technician explained issues thoroughly & did excellent work. Vicky, in the Fasco office, was super helpful and got us on schedule quickly, then followed through every step of way. Very positive experience!

I'm a property manager and have used Terry and TCR for years. They are quick to respond and always accurate. They can handle small things like just replacing a faucet or major repairs that require digging, etc. They always pinpoint the issue and Terry follows up to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I used to use 3 or 4 different plumbers and now that I've been working with Terry, I never use anyone but TCR.

I even hire them at my own house when I need a plumber. In fact, one day I had a neighbor call to notify me that I had a leak at my house. I was 15 minutes away and I called Terry, and he was there and had the water turned off at the main before I was even home. The insurance company told me that he probably saved me (them) $25,000 by doing that.

Exorbitant material charges for weekend dispatch!!!

I recently contacted Airmakers on a Saturday morning. I was told that they would charge a $148 dispatch fee which was substaintially higher than their normal rate since it was a weekend. Knowing this upfront I was ok with that and they came out that day to repair my unit. The tech was nice and began performing the work. He stated that I was low on R-22 refrigerant and then told me how much the refrigerant cost. I questioned the high price and I was told that since it was a Saturday they charge more for parts! What since does that make? I was already paying a higher dispatch fee, but to charge more money for parts? This is the exact same refrigerant they sell Monday-Friday. I was charged $400 for the 2.5 pounds of R-22 ($550 Total). I contacted another company to see what they charge and it was a total of $340 (including weekend dispatch).

I contacted the service manager about this and he politely suggested I use the other company next time. I will be sure to do that but I wanted to let others know of the hidden charges before they make the same mistake I did.

We just had a great experience with Service Experts of Raleigh on an HVAC replacement project. Will Foti was great a describing the available systems and their differences in easy understandable terms, which made it simple for us to pick the right system for our house. Will was low key and personable, one of the best meetings with a Consultant that we have ever had.The equipment that was ordered arrived early, and Will made sure we could move our install date to an earlier day so that we would be ready for the upcoming heat wave. The install team arrived on time. We showed Wilkings, the team leader, the layout of the house, and they got to it immediately. They were quiet, efficient and professional. When I needed to get up form my work station and stretch, I would pop in and take a look at the progress, the team always answered any questionsI had. I was a great install experience and the system is working perfectly. Overall a great experience, thank you gentlemen,I highly recommend Service Experts.

Eugene is absolutely wonderful. I have contacted him on numerous occasions. One call was so minor, to him, that he didn’t even charge me. Once, I had a plumbing emergency late in the day and he made sure to fit me in his schedule to make the necessary repairs. Always professional and very knowledgeable with plumbing issues. Very reliable, if he says he’s coming, he’ll be there. Took the time to explain the problem. Cleaned up after his work. Prices are more than fair. He’s the best!

Was not able to land a job with the company but was hired by a larger company one week later

I highly recommend Cape Fear for HVAC repair and installation. This is my second time using these guys for an HVAC install (2 different houses). The project manager, Michael was professional, timely, and listened to what I wanted vs pushing a product that he wanted me to buy. The technicians, Jason and Dennis were also on time and very professional. I have two HVAC units. One was installed by another big name HVAC company and one by Cape Fear. There is a significant difference in the quality of install by Cape Fear! I wish I could include pictures to show the difference. Thanks Cape Fear for a quality job.

Mr Homes, ( one of the plumbers who came to fix our very urgent bathroom situation) was kind enough to to put my family up in a hotel while they fixed our bathroom. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help my family and made sure we were taken care of.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

After a couple of false starts, these guys worked hard to get the right part, get it installed, and make sure we were happy with the service. They stayed committed and Raji did a great job sticking with a tough project.

Our water heater was not working (no hot water!). I called Mike on Sunday at around 9:30. He was very professional, honest, and detailed. He was at my house at 10:10, and completed the repair by 10:30. He patiently explained the issue to me and also how to prevent it from happening again.
