I called RTP Plumbing because we had the shower head gooseneck break off, leaving us without a working shower and a tough repair. RTP came with high marks from NextDoor so I called. They made an appointment for the next day, in the weekend, and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes! Friendly, professional, and great value! I strongly recommend RTP Plumbing!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

Messaged Golden Rule for a leaky tub faucet. After reviewing an image I sent, they were able to give me multiple options for fixing it with different price points. They answered all my wife’s hundreds of questions (lol) and we decided to schedule an appointment. They were ON TIME for our appointment and very kind. EVERY YEAR since we've been living in our home (11years), we've had issues with our HVAC system. We've called this company 2-3x each year to fix it. They come out but obviously don't fix the problem. We get charged for the visit, service and materials even though they didn't fix the issue. We're finally going to stop using Airmakers. We only used them as long as we did because my husband thought they knew what they were doing since the company installed the system. No more.

Top notch group of guys! Highly recommended, we've worked with them a few times. Sometimes emergencies, sometimes not. They always do what they say they will do. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Called Eugene about getting a water heater replaced, and was able to get it scheduled for the next day. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone after texting him pictures of the existing installation and dimensions of the space where the heater is located. Quote included removing the old water heater and the new one.

Had a bit of challenging issue with broken flow regulator in the shower. They came quickly, were courteous and very creative in solving the problem which ended up saving me quite a bit of money. Would like to particularly commend Eddie, the technician who came out.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
