Called them when we had a pipe freeze in our home.Although very busy,they arrived the same day and repaired the pipe at a reasonable price.Their crew was friendly and efficient and I would use them again with any plumbing need.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Outstanding Service. I just moved into my house & system started backing up late at night. Edwin was a lifesaver and came out taking time to thoroughly analyze the situation. He got my house set up so I could use the plumbing overnight - then came the next day to fix everything. It was a big tree roots problem, Edwin worked hard, corrected the problem and shared pictures. We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

I would 10 out 10 recommend Mr.Eddie. he's such a kind soul, hardworking, dedicated and very professional. He helped us with out leak. I would definitely recommend him anyday and thank you so much again.

We bought our new hot water heater from Lowe’s Home Improvement and they subcontracted Progressive Service Company to install it. It took a week of calling to get an installation appointment set up. It was originally scheduled for a Tuesday at 1pm. When they had not shown up at 4pm, we called and were told they did not have the correct parts and would be here in the next hour and a half. They never came. We were rescheduled for Wednesday between 1-2pm, they had not shown up at 3pm and gave the same excuse. They finally showed up at 4pm, installed the hot water heater and then left our exterior basement door wide open. I don’t think we will be using Progressive Service Company directly for service or Lowe’s for home improvement needs again.

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.
