I submitted a service request on their website for a leaking toilet and to look at my kitchen sink that occasionally doesn't drain. Their communication and responsiveness were great. I was given a quick estimate range based on what I keyed in the request box, knowing that it could change once they arrived and saw the issues. They were early for the appointment and cleaned up everything as they worked. I was thoroughly impressed and I'll definitely use them again.

Swift and great service! Was referred by a co-worker and called bright and early at 6:15 and was amazed to get someone on the phone. Desmond was fantastic, I was prepared for a terrible Friday and saying goodbye to a bucket of cash to get my tankless hot water heater replaced. Desmond figured out the problem and also gave us options for down the road when the unit does need to be replaced. The service was so great I'm already planning to use them for our bathroom remodel.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

FINALLY, I have found a dependable home repair expert. I contacted Alan regarding a kitchen sink leak and a problem with my stove exhaust fan. He quickly returned my call, met me promptly the next day and had everything back in order in no time. His price was very reasonable his service excellent. I called Progressive to fix a leak that appeared to be coming from somewhere between the tank and the base of the 17 year old toilet. They sent Pete the Plumber to fix the problem. Pete determined the problem to be one of the gaskets having broken down over time and needing to be replaced. He suggested rebuilding the internals of the tank to solve the problem and prevent a near term call back on one, or more, of the other aging parts. I gave him the OK and he rebuilt the tank internals. Later that night, my wife noticed some water behind the toilet again, but to make sure that it was not residual water, we cleaned it up and put dry paper towels down. The next morning, the towels had wet spots, so we called Progressive back up, and they quickly sent Pete, and another plumber, Mike, out. After they examined the situation, they noticed that the bottom of the tank was warped enough that the gaskets could not quite make a good seal. They advised me that the toilet manufacturer went out of business several years ago, and the 3rd party replacement parts companies did not make a gasket that could work adequately on a tank with that much warp. They advised me that the only good long term solution was to replace the toilet.Upon their advice, I went to Lowes, purchased a new toilet, and they installed it for no additional charge. I call that incredibly good customer service to achieve customer satisfaction.

We all need plumbers at some point. This is a business to avoid like the plague, owing to its predatory pricing.

They provide very high estimates based on guesswork which they refuse to reduce even with information from their installer. The job in question, cited as requiring 1.5 hours, only took 30 minutes, yet they refused to discount the bill. Too many good outfits around (Cary Plumbing) to deal with predators. Not surprisingly, they are not registered with the area Better Business Bureau.

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

Our water heater split the bottom seam on a Saturday and was leaking for 2 prior days in the basement. Part of the basement is finished with carpet so the carpet soaked up the water and I stepped into the room to find 1.5 inch water. When I called Jennifer answered immediately, was sympathetic to my situation, calmed me, assured me they could help. She walked me thru the process to stop the water running, and recommended and called an emergency water damage company to get them out to start the clean up. Lane communicated constantly with me on availability of a replacement parts, costs and their arrival times. The crew was prompt, efficient, thorough, polite, respectful and it was very obvious they knew what they were doing.

The entire disaster was in process of being resolved in 8 hours.
