Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Josh and his team were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and thorough. They took the time to diagnose the problem and quickly provide a solution. They were clean, quick, and results driven. They fixed our plumbing issues within hours of my first call/request for help. Josh was clear up-front with pricing and the timeline and there were no surprises when the job was done. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Having sewer problems is never fun, but Brad and Ryan from Optimal Plumbing made this process as painless as it gets. My husband and I were so impressed with their professional manner but also their kind and thoughtful way of approaching every step of the process. I had newly planted beds in the area they needed to excavate to get to the broken pipe and I am totally amazed with the finished product. They did not disturb one plant or area of stacked stone. They were careful to pull back mulch before digging and replace afterwards. I would highly recommend Optimal Plumbing and plan to use their services with any future plumbing need. Have used Bolton for replacing a water heater (7 years ago) and other plumbing work. Prompt, professional, plumbing service, that listens to your specs (asked them to install a 2nd sacrificial anode to prolong the water heater life, they used the water heater brand and model that I wanted, and followed my choice of plumbing material for other work).

We have used this company three times .Several years ago to install a Tankless Water Heater and then recently for some more minor plumbing issues.Today the issue was a Sewer Gas Smell coming from the Kitchen Sink .The source of that issue took some Detective Work .Our Team today was Andrew and his helper Dom.They were on time ,courteous and maintained a neat workspace.They were focused on their work and created no concerns as far as having strangers in our home .The fee was more than reasonable.

The team that came to my home was very helpful and provided recommendations for service. They also showed me where the main regulator is for my home, as well as suggestions for future repairs if they are needed.

We are very pleased with the quality of work from Lane. Daniel ran into some issues, but stayed the course, trouble shooted and finished the installation of a new hot water heater. He was on time (actually was waiting on me) and very professional. Cannot recommend them enough!

I am giving this one star review because I believe this company is ripping my apartment complex off and my family is suffering because of it. My AC has been on and off working all summer and apparently it is something that the regular maintenance staff can not fix so they have to call Mandolin to service my unit. They have been to my apartment three times or four times at this point I'm losing count. Each time 1 to 2 guys come in look at the unit inside then just walk out or say they are going to look at the outside unit. Hours go by and no one comes back and I'm still sitting here with no fix, no answers as to what's wrong with it, and no reasons why the team up and leaves with no word or no return time. To me that's is very unprofessional and I know for a fact they would not do this to a home owner. So if y'all could kindly get back to Triangle Place Apartments and come fix my unit that would be great and I would gladly turn this one star into a 5 thank you.

I worked for this company they scam all their customers into believing there are worse problems then there really are ... they are trained from day one how to scam save your money and go with someone else .... if I could give negative stars I would

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
