I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Called with a plumbing emergency and Mike and his team were here immediately the next day to replace my water heater. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable - and kept me in the loop the entire time. 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber

I had a hot water issue when the temperature was very low a few days ago. Called them to scheduled a checkup the same day. Only a couple of hours later, Bob from the company called, and asked me several simple questions, and told me it was a frozen pipe problem. He even told me how to fix it. No charge at all. Very helpful and very professional. Highly recommended!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the business and the plumber , John, who performed the repairs to the toilet. John listened to the concerns and problems I was having and responded with very thorough and detailed explanations about how to fix them. It was nice to have someone explain fixes in a way I could understand rather than just saying it needed to be fixed. Also as a part of this visit he inspected sinks and a hot water heater with the same kind of delivery of information and also with tips on upkeep to keep things from needing to be repaired. As a result of the inspection serious issues with my hot water heater were found and will be fixed by this company soon. John mentioned that they like to treat their customers like family and I can very much say I felt that care in my experience with them today.

When you have water pouring into your basement that won't stop when you cut off the main water valve, you need professionals and you need them fast! Billy Soames and Eric Grimes crawled underneath my very wet house, determined the source of the leak (which is not so easily done in a plumbed and re-plumbed 1890 home) and dug and dug in the pouring rain. I almost cried with relief when they were able to completely repair the broken pipe without having to dig a huge trench from the house to the main water line. Kudos to the office staff, Valerie and Amy, who managed to get them out for this emergency and are always understanding and ready to help. A great company and wonderful people.

My unlucky night (a stopped up toilet overflow AND water heater leaking) turned into my lucky day when Jason responded to my frantic phone call. He showed up when he said he would and was very professional from the get go. He explained what he could do and what the outcomes might be for my old plumbing system. He shared valuable advice based on 30 years of experience, and he had everything fixed in a couple of hours and charged a REASONABLE price! I am thankful and would definitely recommend him to anyone. We are very pleased with the quality of work from Lane. Daniel ran into some issues, but stayed the course, trouble shooted and finished the installation of a new hot water heater. He was on time (actually was waiting on me) and very professional. Cannot recommend them enough!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
