Great company with outstanding service! I called with an issue in my kitchen regarding my sink pipes under the cabinet and Fasco Plumbing made the problem go away! Not only did they fit me into their schedule for the day(I received same day service) they were informative on what caused my problem and how to prevent it in the future. I recommend them to anyone who needs a helping hand in the plumbing department!

An exceptional organization. Larry and Tom arrived at my home promptly. They made sure not to track mud into my house. They were enthusiastic, professional and very courteous. They diagnosed the problem with my shower, fixed the malfunction, and my shower has never functioned better. Their prices are quite reasonable. I will not hesitate to utilize their services again. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Matt the technician came out on a late Monday evening while both of my kids were sleeping to fix an issue with one of the downstairs toilets as I didn't have the correct tool for the low-flow toilet. He was very polite, and did everything possible to minimize any noise to resolve the problem. I would definitely use the service again.

We experienced water heater problem today, and since our water heater is only 2 years old.... we suspected it's something minor.... we called another place before we called the Plumbers of Carolina and they did not get back to us, so we decided to give Plumber of Carolina a try, and so glad we did... even though is after hour already, they were very responsive and they able to help us get the water heater working again....
