Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

Jayk‘s reply me back about 3 days after, no complaint here as I was not in needed for repair. I believe this business is very busy as good reviews. Arranged for the date and they show up on time, did the job asked, I think the price is fair if you are unable to DIY.

Joe was always punctual, polite and considerate. He and Chris worked in my home for four days changing all the pipes. They did a great job. I later hired Joe to run a gas line for my new stove. Again, great job. Highly recommend.

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain, and as a bit of a DIY-er I attempted to fix it myself. I isolated what the problem was, but it became evident I needed some assistance with professional tools.
I called around, got prices, estimated timelines, and Golden Rule had not only a great price but they were able to come by much faster than most of the others.
At the house the guys were prompt, good communicators (who didn't mind when I asked questions or walked them through my attempts to fix it), and they worked quickly to fix the issue.
Ultimately extremely satisfied I reached out to Golden Rule for my plumbing issue. Highly recommend++

Do NOT call these people unless you have a money tree growing in your back yard! I had 2 toilets running/leaking inside the tank. The plumber asked my fiance if we wanted the toilets rebuilt because they would last longer (my home was built in 2003). Side note, the plumber arrived 15-20 minutes early and I wasn't home yet. My fiance said okay to the work being done because honestly he was trying to get out the door to work. Normally I wouldn't complain about a repair man arriving early but in this case it was an inconvenience. Anyway, my understanding of rebuilding a toilet is putting new guts in which you can buy a kit for at Lowes for $20 yet my bill ended up being $475! I asked for an itemized statement for what I was being charged but was told that all toilets are different (um okay) and that the bill was just for the job. I was told the job has to cover the company's insurance, gas, and the plumber leaving my house to go get the parts. Shouldn't toilet guts be something standard a plumber keeps on their truck? After the plumber left I was so upset that I called 2 other companies in Raleigh to ask what they would charge for the same job. Their charges were $150-$225 LESS than Midtown. I hate to think what Midtown would charge for a big job! Good luck if you use them!

Joe Stokes and Justin Gloss arrived this morning and looked at my garbage disposal. It was beyond repair. They installed a new garbage disposal and also discovered an electrical problem. Upon review the electrical problem was minor and Joe was able to fix it easily - saving me another service call from an electrician. I've used Schwartz Plumbing for many years and have always had good, reliable service. Joe and Justin were professional, courteous and explained everything they needed to do. Our AC went out on a Saturday night in August, and we have a baby so it was critical to get fixed ASAP. Technician Rodney Pope came to the rescue way after hours and was able to get our AC running again. He was informative and explained all the details. Will definitely use again and recommend to our neighbors.
