Our hot water heater started leaking and our home warranty company contracted with Fasco to acquire and install our new one. Vickie went out of her way to speed up the process and they got our new one installed promptly. Easy to work with. The service guy was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently and carefully as our hot water heater was inside an interior closet. I can highly recommend Fasco.

Extremely satisfied with Piedmont Plumbing and highly recommend them! We awoke to no water after the low temperatures hit our area. We assumed it was frozen pipes under the house and contacted several plumbers for assistance. All of them were booked due to several homes having frozen pipes. We called Wes at Piedmont Plumbing and although he was busy himself, he made time to fit us in the next day. He found the frozen pipe and was extremely professional! I’ve lived in Cary for 34 years so I’ve a lot of experience with various plumbing businesses around town. Called an obvious Cary plumbing business to have a state of the art Toto toilet installed in our guest bath. When I mentioned the water supply line might have to be moved by inches to provide clearance for the toilet, they told me they don’t do that kind of work and to hire a contractor. Not much help! So I called The Art of Plumbing and over the phone after a pic, Eugene figured out that the water supplies valve could be offset without touching dry wall. My fault that I had lost the rough-in pipe for the toilet but Eugene persevered and finally got the part from Japan. He sent Stephan, a master plumber from Ukraine, to do the installation and it was done quickly and correctly. These guys truly know their business and have a wealth of experience.

Horrible company. There was a job I needed done that would take no more than 45 minutes and $50 of parts. The guy came to look and then said he would write up the charge. Then he come back inside from his truck and says it will cost $850!!!!! I ended up doing it myself for the $50 of parts and the 45 minutes. So they wanted $1200/hour. AVOID!!!

I can not say enough about Almighty Plumbing. They addressed all of my plumbing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Their pricing is competitive and best of all you are getting the extensive experience of a Master Plumber as opposed to a technician or journeyman. I highly recommend Almighty Plumbing!
