We had a slow water leak. Wes made it out the next day. Provided excellent service and arrived right on schedule. We asked him to do a couple other small jobs the next day. Again, arrived right on time. Very professional and courteous service. We now know who to call in the future.

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

I had a water emergency, called Jason who came out the same day. After a thorough assessment he took care of a 10 year old headache in less than an hour. Definitely recommend and will continue to use. Excellent business and customer service!

Excellent service. Called on a Saturday at 1pm and plumber here by 5. Joseph was first class. Evaluated and provided estimate on the spot. Picked up the parts needed and finished quickly. Asked if anything else needed looking at and had him replace the toilet valve. Offered to inspect the hot water heater and provided his evaluation. Could not be more satisfied. Will spread the word to others about this company and staff.

I highly recommend Joseph and Matthew at Golden Rule Plumbing!! I had a few other plumbers come to our house and NONE of them would actually diagnose the root cause of our plumbing/sewage problem; they merely charged us for the visit and told us we needed to call someone else. However, when I spoke to Joseph at Golden Rule, HE was willing to work with us and actually get under our house to see what was causing our problems! He showed us pictures of a pipe that had come loose and was flooding the crawl space. He was the ONLY one (along with Matthew) who was willing to FIX it AND put in a new water heater (that no longer worked)!! I am incredibly grateful for Joseph!! As the name of his company implies, he truly does do unto others! He was very professional and specific and KNEW what he was doing!! He didn't give us any runaround! He and Matthew stayed until the job was finished and it got dark! His honesty and integrity truly stand out. Thanks to Joseph, we don't have to take cold showers any more!! Brrrr! I hired TCR Rooter to install a new hose bib/spigot in a place that was difficult to access with my existing garden hoses. They were able to give me a definitive estimate over the phone, which was very affordable. The actual work was done in all of 30 minutes by a friendly and professional plumber, and it ended up coming in $50 less than the quote over the phone. The other estimate we received from a different company was more than double what TCR charged us. Very happy with the price, quality of the work, and my overall experience. They arrived on time (actually a little early). I will definitely use their plumbing services in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience! After another local company royally screwed up the job, I called Midtown and they were able to come out on super short notice and save the day. They fixed a massive issue, were on time, incredibly professional, and the communication and text appointment reminders were unmatched by other service providers in our area. The owner was super sweet and even called me personally to discuss the issue before the appointment and after to make sure I was happy with their service. The entire experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Solomon was very helpful and explained what issues he detected with my A/C system. He discussed the parts replacement cost and whether or not it would be wise to do so with the age of my unit. He offered to have someone from the office call me and arrange for an appointment to discuss a new unit.

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

I have used Cape Fear for over ten years now. And I can’t say enough good things about Rodney. He is a senior technician for them. He is very knowledgeable and posses great professionalism. I have to mention that my Trane system is a very complex machine. it has a computer, Wi-Fi and it has a variable speed compressor and air handler. Upon demand the compressor and air handler turns on at 1/10 of 1%. It’s the quietest system I’ve ever seen. True comfort. The skill and care that Rodney shows is what makes all the difference for me on choosing Cape Fear!
