Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

Great Service, Professional, courteous and friendly. My well pump went bad, Luna, Travis, and Alex came out to replace the old 20 Year old pump. Our well sat at 600 feet deep and they had no problems pulling, replacing and making sure everything in the system checked out and worked perfect before they left. Even the secretary on the phone was very informational and understanding of the situation as well.

We had a couple leaking toilets in our house, one worse than the other but our water bill began increasing substantially. I called Jason Friday afternoon and he had Luis out to our house first thing Monday morning. Luis was quick to identify what needing fixing and where the problems were coming from. Clearly very knowledgeable and well trained. Within a few hours he had completed everything and left the lids of toilets open so I could see what he did in there, and do a couple test flushes. Both are running smooth and QUIET!! Time will tell if this will help the bill go back down to normal figures (we're thinking it will as most bill increases are due to leaky toilets). Overall a great experience with these guys, highly, highly recommend!

I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That's what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

Eugene was a pleasure to deal with. He allowed me to send him photos of the job and provided timely and reasonable estimates for the job. He communicated efficiently, offered several approaches to solving the plumbing problem and allowed me to make a decision on which solution worked best for me. He arrived promptly and he and his colleague, Dennis, got to work quickly. They replaced a faucet in the master shower, which involved cutting a hole in the wall to access and replace the 21 year old valve. They also patched the drywall to a rough finish. While he was here, I mentioned two other plumbing projects I had on the back burner and he offered to take care of them all for a reasonable additional fee. He installed a new outside faucet and also adjusted the water pressure and checked the expansion tank of the hot water heater. Eugene explained everything he was doing was very friendly and helpful.
