Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Excellent service! We had two separate plumbing issues at once and were referred to Fasco thru our 2-10 warranty. The technician explained issues thoroughly & did excellent work. Vicky, in the Fasco office, was super helpful and got us on schedule quickly, then followed through every step of way. Very positive experience!

We had an emergency plumbing situation with waste spilling into our crawlspace. I contacted our home warranty company and was told the plumber we had to use would contact us in 24 hours and had a seven day window to come out to look at our situation. This was was unacceptable so I gave Jayks a call. Jason came out to my house 30 minutes later, assessed the situation, and went to work. Before I knew it the plumbing was fully operational again and I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend giving Jayks a call.

Prompt service same evening we discovered the leak in the not water heater. Joe came and assessed the situation, determined that we needed a new heater and it was done and installed the next day by 6pm. Great work. Thank you.

Midtown Plumbing to the rescue. I had a leaking pipe under my dishwasher that had leaked through the floor and into the ceiling of my basement. Matt was dispatched out to assess immediately. He identified the problem and scheduled with me to come back and fix the pipe. He showed up right on time and fixed my problem while maintaining excellent customer service. Real good find here in the Raleigh area.

Extremely satisfied with Piedmont Plumbing and highly recommend them! We awoke to no water after the low temperatures hit our area. We assumed it was frozen pipes under the house and contacted several plumbers for assistance. All of them were booked due to several homes having frozen pipes. We called Wes at Piedmont Plumbing and although he was busy himself, he made time to fit us in the next day. He found the frozen pipe and was extremely professional! Eugene was one of 3 quotes I got for a sizeable job: replacing old black ABS drain lines with new pvc fittings. His was the most reasonable of the 3 quotes. He didn't try to upsell to expand the job or sell some kind of expensive service package. He was easy to work with to set a dates. Showed up when he said he would and completed the job in one day as he said he could. I own 5 rentals and will be using him again.

We came home to a leak in the garage, but couldn't figure out if it was coming from inside the wall or from the water heater. James was the on-call plumber from Schwartz; he showed up at 8pm and stuck around until well after 10pm helping figure things out. He returned the next day to install a new water heater, and had that knocked out in less than two hours. The leak was unexpected and frustrating to deal with -- but James was incredibly professional and very nice. We didn't have a go-to plumber beforehand, but we do now!
