My shower has been messed up since we moved in our house. Wes came out and assessed it and figured out the problem and fixed it in no time! I will definitely be calling RTP plumbing for any future needs!

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). We had a pretty gross issue with our pipes belching up dirty water. We called up Fasco and from there, the process was easy. We set up an appointment, got a confirmation text and email on the day of the appointment and the plumber even called me saying he was finished with his prior job early and wanted to see if it was ok to show up.

The work he did was excellent, he was professional and friendly. He told me how to do regular maintenance to prevent these issues while he was fixing the issue. The problem hasn't returned and I'm really glad I called them. Thanks Fasco, would recommend you to any of my friends.

Not a lot of reviews on these guys but don't let that dissuade you, they are new to the area I believe they said less than 3 or 4 months. I chose them because all of their reviews were recent and great and mine is no exception. Chris and Joe were professional, friendly, reliable, and quick to please. Came out same day I called. Fair price and was able to explain what was going on to me. Will use again for my next plumbing need, thanks fellas!

Golden rule has taken care of 2 jobs for us. The first was about a year ago, they replaced the shower faucet in our bathroom and did an awesome job. Fair pricing and good work. The second time was a week ago. They came out diagnosed the problem. Did a repair. We continued to have a problem and the whole time they kept communication with us and as soon as I asked if they could come out again and check it out, they came next day. Very friendly, figured out that a product they used was faulty and they replaced it. No problem. I really appreciate it! Thankful for such a great locally owned business. Thank you guys!

My house 's water heater leaked water on a Saturday morning two weeks ago. It was pretty bad. I called my friend and he referred me to Terry's company. After I contacted Terry, he sent his staff to my house to help, the gentleman came in less an hour, which is very fast and quick response! Very, very helpful in the situation... Terry is very genuine, a wonderful man to work with.

I called this company to come out to view our commercial site for plumbing restoration. They scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday morning with a gentleman by the name of Michael, and he never showed up. They didn't even call me to notify me that they weren't coming. I called later that day and spoke with Sherita and she ensured me that I would be getting a call back asap and that they were very sorry for missing the appointment. Guess they weren't that sorry because they never even bothered to call back, again.

Aaron is a quality person and a better plumber.

I live in a new development, my house is not even two years old but I could tell something was wrong with the AC. I called Weather master because that is the number that was listed for us to call for AC/Heat issues. I was told for someone to come out it would be $99 but if the problem was over $200 the $99 would be waived. I agreed thinking since my house is not even two years old it shouldn’t be much over $200. I wasn’t able to get services the day I called they couldn’t see me until 4 days later. Juan was our technician he did have on a mask and booties which I did appreciate that part of the services. When he got here he noticed the evaporator coil was frozen solid and was unable to evaluate the issue until it thawed out which resulted in rescheduling. I was upset because it would have been nice to given a heads up to turn the system off at least a hour or so before he arrived. I rescheduled and that was three more days of discomfort. When the day finally came it seems like I was the last one on the schedule he didn’t arrive until after 5. He checked things out and said he believed it was an evaporator coil leak but would suggest we run a diagnostic test which would be an additional $200 and the $99 I already paid would not be waived for just running the diagnostic test that is only waived if the actual services are over $200. So now I’m $300 in and AC still is not fixed. After running the test it was determined the levels are low and there is a leak. Juan said we would need to replace the entire system which would be $1900. Literally the worst news he could have ever told me a new homeowner that I would have to pay $1900 to replace a system that is not even 2 years old! I still don’t understand what the parts warranty covers if I have to fork out $1900. I’ve tried reaching back out to the company for a second opinion and have been unable to get a response back. I feel like I’ve been robbed, $300 and the only solution was replace the almost brand new 3 ton evaporator coil and sign up for a maintenance agreement. Best plumbing service around!!! I had a pipe leaking in my yard, and the leak was so large I had to keep the water off to save thousands on my bill and keep my yard from turning into a lake. Having to keep your water off during a NC summer is not fun to say the least. And as I'm sure everyone can attest to it was extremely stressful trying to get it fixed at a reasonable price. My neighbor uses Welch Plumbing and spoke very highly of Shawn. Well the day after being contacted Shawn has completely fixed it and I have water again!! A tree root had compromised the pipe, the root is now gone the pipe has been replaced, it was done so quickly and seamlessly! If you want clean, quality work, with amazing affordability, a quick response time and top notch professionalism you need to call Welch Plumbing. I know in the future this will be the only plumbing company I use!! Thank you Shawn!!

Daniel Brothers Inc. was a pleasure to work with. I called for a free inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm. Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!

Wes came over quickly and replaced the thermal expansion tank on our water heater in no time at all. Highly recommended!

I called on a Saturday, not only did he answer, but he diagnosed the possible cause of the problem. Then by early afternoon it was fixed! Great service!

Pedro came out to inspect a house I am purchasing in the next month. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and very down to Earth. He gave me his honest opinions on each of the issues ahead of me and how much they would cost in the future, but did not pressure me. I feel Schwartz prices were fair and can imagine with Pedro's knowledge they do solid work. I'll be contacting them in the future.

AC checkup. Kevin found everything in order. No repairs needed. Kevin was friendly and very knowledgeable. I used to do HVAC work so I know what to look for. I was also impressed with the high tech equipment. I have already scheduled the fall checkup.
