Called for non-emergency work, and set up an appointment for the next week. Plumber came by on time, easily fixed the issue, friendly and good customer service.

Jason was in the neighborhood working on a neighbor's house. I approached with a small plumbing task. Jason was very helpful and added me to his schedule. His team arrived on-time and were very neat, efficient and punctual. I am especially fond of the communications between the time I first spoke with Jason and the few days in between when they came to do the job. Very thankful and appreciative of fair pricing as well. Excellent job !

Our plumber Chris was great! We were doing some home renovations and he even helped us out with that (removing toilet and sink) and gave us some general pointers. Very happy with the service.

Did an awesome job replacing my hot water heater. He was able to quote me through text message. All I had to do was answer a few easy questions and send him a couple of pictures. Quote came in about half what a major brand quoted me!

We cannot speak highly enough of Midtown Plumbing. Their customer service is impeccable. Everyone is extremely skilled and nice to work with. We have called them several times after hours and they have sent someone to help. We give them the highest recommendations.

Overall great experience with The Art of Plumbing. From diagnostic to problem solving to finishing, the job was done right and on time. Eugene took the time to explain the issues and what options were available. In the end, our problems were solved and we now have a plumber in the area we can trust for quality and service.

We used Schwartz to replace our hot water heater a couple of years back and they took us through all of the different options for heaters that could fit into our constricted space. Today I called because our garbage disposal was destroyed and told them I needed a replacement. I called at 12:45, they were here at 1pm. Technician Brian patiently allowed me to continue my work call while also trying to tell him what had happened to it. Although I had assumed I needed a replacement, Brian was able to fix it, saving me money! Very efficient scheduling, good communication, and from my experiences so far, great plumbers.

Brandon, licensed electrician, was beyond awesome!!!! if you have Services done you should definitely ask for him. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent services. He was patient, respectful to my home, and gave several options for install. I thought that the companies prices would not be competitive but I was absolutely wrong. The prices are competitive. He installed 4 customer provided wired smoke alarms and replaced a GIF receptical in the kitchen. He was efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Thanks Brandon. Michaels & Sons has a superior 👏 electrician.

My upstairs shower was leaking directly below to our living room ceiling. I re-grouted the shower, hoping that would fix the problem. It did not. So I later called Cecil Davis Plumbing and told them that it seemed like I needed a replacement for my shower pan.

Two plumbers came. The head plumber was very friendly and chatty to me, and he seemed to be teaching the Jr. plumber because I heard him tell the Jr. plumber not to turn on the sink faucets or they wouldn't be able to tell if the leak was from the sink faucets or the shower. Anyway, the plumbers turned on the shower and also the bathtub full blast, creating a huge new leak in my ceiling.

It's definitively your shower pan, the plumber said. Call a contractor. Then he gave me the bill.
I was shocked they couldn't do it. Their website said they could.

It would have been nice had they told me we only diagnose when I had made the call.

I got another plumber.

Prompt service and on time. Issue was identified and appropriate repairs were suggested and estimated.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

While trying to change the guts in the toilet, the main supply burst. We called Roto-Rooter at 10:00pm Saturday night and they sent someone out. He was unable to fix as no light under the house. So Sunday morning John Breder showed up. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Being an insurance adjuster, I'm hard to impress and was impressed with him and the company. He was prompt and had all the parts on the truck. He cleaned up after himself and left the bathroom neat. Would gladly use them again.

Update: once my review was posted, my issue was promptly dealt with and heating fixed the same day. So I feel it's fair to update from 1 star to 3. Thanks for addressing it.

We're disappointed to have to leave a poor review, but we have a cold house and a sick toddler, and temps continue to drop, and we haven't heard from Newcomb since a tech diagnosed a blower motor failed and had to be replaced last Thursday. We were told we'd be squeezed in on Friday if possible, but that they'd call Friday either way. We have had to call for updates. They did not call or show on Friday. They did not call or show on Monday (yes, I know it was a holiday; it didn't keep the house any warmer). They did not call today. We have had to call and ask what's going on. Beyond such unprofessional communication, it's hard for me to believe that a blower motor could not be obtained in a more timely fashion from somewhere local, knowing how cold it is and knowing we have a particularly vulnerable person at home. We still don't know if they'll get the part on time or when they might come install it. Going to buy space heaters for the downstairs unit because we can't use over half our house without putting our coats on. I would like to update this review if the company gets it together and gets our heat fixed, but as of now, not only can I not recommend them, I cannot let this go by without putting in a review. It's the only thing I have control over in this entire transaction.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.

We had our medical chairs here at Azura Skin Care Center recovered by Service Pro. Our chairs look fantastic but more importantly they were very easy to work with and very professional. They delivered exactly what was promised to us and had the work completed very quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!
