I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. Not a lot of reviews on these guys but don't let that dissuade you, they are new to the area I believe they said less than 3 or 4 months. I chose them because all of their reviews were recent and great and mine is no exception. Chris and Joe were professional, friendly, reliable, and quick to please. Came out same day I called. Fair price and was able to explain what was going on to me. Will use again for my next plumbing need, thanks fellas!

Plumb V is the best plumber in the area. They are professional and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them for your your plumbing needs.

Such a friendly, HONEST person. A big corporate plumping company came out and told us we needed an $800 repair STAT. Mike came out and could have easily said yea you need that repair but I can do it for $650 (or something) and pocketed the cash. But instead he said, “no. You do not need that repair.” And he didn’t even charge us for the visit. We immediately made him our regular plumber and had him detect leaks, fix our toilet in one bathroom, and install a new toilet in another. No issues afterwards. They don’t make ‘em like him anymore. A lot of home repair companies will try to lie to trusting customers Bc they think they can get away with it. It’s so hard to find honest, genuine help. Mikes your guy for sure!

Mother received notification from the city that there may be a possible issue that's causing a slow leak for her water meter. Reached out to Bolton Service that evening and by the next morning, we had a technician, Billy Soares, at our home to assess the concern. Billy was more than professional. He was polite. He was courteous and when reviewing the cause of the leak and the price to repair the issue, he transparent and explained everything fully. Moreover, Billy was quick in resolving the issue! I would highly recommend Bolton Services for any plumbing concerns that you may have with your home.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a company. My HVAC naturally went out on the 4th of July. I gave the company a call and they said they could have a technician call and give me the after hours rate (first off, I know it's a holiday but you are a 24 hour service so how is this after hours?). Anyway, I agreed to the call.No one called.The next morning they did call promptly around 830 and said a technician would be there between 1-3 and would call when they were 20 minutes out. 245 rolls around and I have heard nothing. Finally at 3 I received a call saying they would be there in 35 minutes. An hour and a half later no one has shown up so I call. The woman puts me on hold and calls the technician. She says the technician was outside. Well, that was a lie. It was another ten minutes before the technician showed up.He was nice and a young kid so I didnt want to take my frustrations out on him but goodness gracious the scheduling and communication from this company is atrocious. I know it's hot and after a holiday so I am sure there were many emergencies, but how hard is it to communicate all of that to a customer? Will not be using again.

We can't say enough great things about Sonny's! Jason fixed our water heater super quick and explained everything very thoroughly to us. He was extremely professional and friendly. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and truly cares about your comfort!
