Could possibly be generally more informative, but when asked, all questions were answered in completely.Cost was discussed prior to service, so no surprises. Daniel was quite personable. He also seemed knowledgeable about the parts/products & committed to high quality customer service/satisfaction. Overall rating 4.5/5...Haven't had a long term relation with this company, but over the last couple years have been satisfied with all 3 experiences and plan to continue using their services.

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

Had my unit serviced today by Cape Fear, the tech James was great and very professional. We appreciate him keeping our system running and ready to keep us cool this summer!

First off they completely missed my time window by over an hour. Next after having specifically told dispatch that I wanted someone who would be able to check my line in the wall for a leak and to make sure they had the equipment to do that they did not do that. Next the guy tried to convince me that there wasn't a leak even though last summer even though we brought up the fact that my unit in the attic was sweating which in his own words indicates a leak. I was completely out of freon and this summer I was down a pound a a half. I don't know if he just couldn't be bothered to look or didn't read the work notes or what. But basically they didn't do what I had called them out to do. Never going to use their services again.

Richie did great job and answered my question without all the normal word salads. He explained the entire process in detail start to finish and completed the job in one day as promised. He meticulously cleaned up the job site. This a solid case for you get what you pay for, a true professional.

Air Experts is a terrible company do not use their services. They will lie to you in order to get you to buy products or services then continue to tell more lies when you ask about it. They are overpriced and you can call literally any other company and get a better deal without the lies and fake sales persons that don’t even know what they are talking about trying sell you on something you don’t need or should not get involved with. When I called the office they were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Then entire time I was on the phone they were constantly trying to get me to end the call saying “I will send you the documents to review after we hang up” then did not send the documents. Very unprofessional in every aspect of business and dealing with customers. Not sure how they even have a business at this point. If you want to avoid headache use any other company than these guys.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Having sewer problems is never fun, but Brad and Ryan from Optimal Plumbing made this process as painless as it gets. My husband and I were so impressed with their professional manner but also their kind and thoughtful way of approaching every step of the process. I had newly planted beds in the area they needed to excavate to get to the broken pipe and I am totally amazed with the finished product. They did not disturb one plant or area of stacked stone. They were careful to pull back mulch before digging and replace afterwards. I would highly recommend Optimal Plumbing and plan to use their services with any future plumbing need. We are also pleased with the project cost, as we believe it was a fair estimate for the scope of work. Huge thanks to Ryan and Brad!!

The plumbing work Eric Grimes performed was actually pretty good, however the customer service provided by Eric and his manager Brian Wood was not. I paid $105 to Bolton in “diagnosis” fees 2 days before this plumbing work and I would think that was the purpose of the diagnosis and the results would have determined what needed to be done and the level of effort. I asked for a quote on the cost, and he said it would come in at $750 for the plumbing work for the entire job parts and labor. My wife had no idea until Eric came and asked for her credit card and she was not provided a receipt, even though she asked for one. He said it would be emailed to us. It took multiple requests over several days before I finally got a receipt and when I saw the invoice and amount charged on our credit card I was surprised at the total invoice in the amount of $1173.34, a 56% increase ($423) above what we had been quoted, with no explanation. I called and asked Eric for an explanation but he would not provide one, said I needed to talk to Brian Wood, the service manager. I asked him multiple times, and then he referred me to Brian Wood, and it took five days before you finally got back to me with an explanation. Brian stated I looked over the invoice and spoke with Eric and there was some work that was above standard. They had to run new water lines to facilitate the install which required an additional man and material to get it done. With that being said I do feel like the charges are in line with the work performed. I felt strongly that I should have been entitled to a full refund of the $423. Brian did refund $110, but I still feel strongly that the increased level of effort and cost should have been discussed during the diagnosis phase which we paid $105 for, and discussed with me and my wife on site, and the charges explained. This is why I believe that a full refund of the remaining overcharge of $413 is still appropriate. We have been Bolton customers for over 25 years and we have never been dissatisfied as we have with this incident.

Update on this review as of 07/16/2020: I am pleased to report that I received my refund check today in the mail as authorized by Will Bolton, owner. I want to thank him for handling my customer service complaint responsibly and professionally, and I appreciate getting the refund. I am totally satisfied with the outcome, and this matter is now closed. Thanks again. Bill.

Have been using Newcomb for years...they are honest and very reliable. Once again, my 12 yr. old system went down yesterday and today they were here within 5 hours of the service call. The tech. found the fault and had me up and running within 15 mins.....with no conversation about needing to replace my old unit......I call that...REAL SERVICE...replace an aged-failed part. When the system does die, I will be happy to buy my new system from them...NEWCOMB & Company...A very reliable name in Raleigh.

Jason was so helpful and professional! He was very sympathetic to our situation of leaking water heater and agreed to come out the next morning to replace. Meanwhile, he walked us thru what needed to be done to drain it until he could get there for repair. He was prompt and very friendly. We had a new water heater (at reasonable price) within hours! Will definitely use him again!

The 5 star review is for Maurice. He did a fantastic job at explaining not only what our issue was, but how I can correct it on my own and/or prevent it from happening altogether.

This was my first experience with this company, and wow! The technicians were on time, professional, and accurate when it came to diagnosing the issue with my AC. The price was reasonable and the service was top-notch.

I had a plumbing emergency and they were wonderful. They were the only place that was able to come out on short notice. The technician that came (I believe his name was Bradley) was wonderful. Really nice, super hardworking, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them.

At first it was great, I called and left a message and Richard called me back and said he was able to get out to give a quote same day and said the work could be done the following day. However, this is where the problems began. I never received the quote he promised via email and would not return any of the multiple phone calls over the next few days. He would not even return a call to indicate if he was interested in doing the work. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not recommend his company to anyone who actually wants any work done.
