DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

I had extremely low water pressure after installing a new faucet (myself), and the tech came over and realized immediately what the problem was, and fixed it in about 5 minutes. Due to the nature of the problem, he didn't charge me! I hope I don't have any more problems with plumbing, but I know who to call if I do

Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

Will did a fantastic job assessing the smell of the upstairs and setting us up with a newly coated coil order from Lenox. A service team member of his knocked a bolt off our basketball hoop by accident and Will went out of his way, went to Home Depot, and replaced the bolt and attached it. He made it right and is helping to solve the heating smell as well. Super customer service.Mustafa also did a terrific job as usual in his semi-annual inspection. He is thorough, thoughtful, and professional. He is a valued member of the SE team!I highly recommend this team and company.

Brandon came out to look at my broken water pipe issue and within 20 minutes he identified the problem, came up with a solution and fixed it. During this service period Brandon explained thoroughly everything he was doing. Brandon is very professional and I highly recommend Brandon and the other Weathermaster professionals I have dealt with over the years!

Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.

I'm really lucky I've discovered the Art of Plumbing team here in Raleigh. It's so difficult to find a real experienced and responsible plumber here in the area. We had a lot to do in our old house kitchen (instead of move-in house we accidentally bought ourselves a project last month and now all we're doing is solving problems - some of them is plumbing related). Eugene and Dan did the job professionally: precise, polite, responsible, with attention to details. Very reasonably priced. I couldn't wish for more. 5 stars, guys. Thanks a lot! Schwartz Plumbing is a reputable company and does excellent work. They replaced my water line between the house and meter and also did the plumbing for my kitchen remodel. But when I called them out to provide an estimate for a tankless water heater installation, they charged me $70 after the estimate was provided, to be applied to my bill if I decided to have them do the work. I had a couple other companies also provide estimates at no charge, so I especially didn't appreciate them slipping in this fee after the fact.

I can not say enough about Almighty Plumbing. They addressed all of my plumbing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Their pricing is competitive and best of all you are getting the extensive experience of a Master Plumber as opposed to a technician or journeyman. I highly recommend Almighty Plumbing!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
