I had work done by another plumber that made a complete mess of everything. RTP plumbing came recommended after the fact and repaired all the problems the last plumber left. Wes was on time and in constant communication with me throughout the process. His responsiveness was impressive and his knowledge and quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend RTP plumbing for all plumbing needs. I will definitely use them should the need arise in the future.

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Tree roots had grown into my sewer line causing it to back up. After having the tree removed I called around to get estimates for having the line replaced. Other companies including the one who first unstopped the line wanted to charge me multiple fews (visit, camera usage, etc) just to come out and give an estimate. Terry having dealt with this situation so many times before felt confident giving me an estimate over the phone after talking the situation over with me.

Two days later he was at my house first thing in the morning. The roots had grown into the line at a T intersection near the road just as he expected. By lunch time Brandon had that section of the line replaced and everything has been good since.

It cost me about half of what other companies told me the replacement would probably cost. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.
