Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

I spoke to Brian (a residential sales consultant) Tuesday afternoon. He walked me through all the options, and I had a new HVAC installed by Wednesday afternoon by Derek and Orlando. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Wow what great service! We had an issue with the plumbing under the kitchen sink. James Coates came out that same day and was very professional. He repaired the issue quickly. We later had a small leak develop and he can right back to fix that. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Roto-Rooter of Raleigh came early, did a great job of fixing our sink pipes and was reasonable. You couldn't ask more of a plumber. Prompt, polite, practical plumbers are hard to find - and say!

Boykin Plumbing are a very professional and knowledgeable plumbing company. They are very customer service oriented and arrived when they said they would. Very thorough in explaining proposed work. Showed us several pictures to aid our understanding.

It is nice to work with a company that delivers great service at a good price. I had my main waterline from the road to the house replaced last December and CK's quoted the best price and seemed like they would be good to work with. Turns out they were great. So when the sewer line backed up at 4:30pm on the 5th of July they were the first ones I called. They were able to have Sean here at 9am on the 6th and he knew exactly where to start. He was very professional and after snaking 90 ft of line finally hit a clump of roots and everything opened up. Since Sean and Anthony were so nice I asked about, and had them video the line to look for the problem. At 90ft he found roots penetrating the line where it empties at the tap in the street. The rest of the line was clear which give me the piece of mind to know if this happens again exactly who I will be calling. Since I have used them 2 times in a year and both times have been excellent service at a very reasonable price I don't have any problem recommending them to anyone that needs some plumbing done.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Technician went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Called out additional help on short notice to have the issue resolved the same day. Not to mention it was an emergency service call on the weekend ! Setting an industry standard and raising the bar ! Thanks again for the seamless process. One happy customer !

The technician Andy made me very uncomfortable to the point i almost pulled my gun. In addition he was not prepared with tools or a proper tape measure. He pulled a wooden ruler out to measure my sink and took 30 min to do so.
I won’t be using them for this project.

My water heater decided to spring a leak and I walked downstairs to swap laundry and found a swamp in my entryway. Unfortunately because my Husband is sick with Covid we had a really hard time finding anyone willing to come to our house in any reasonable amount of time. Even though we offered to wear masks, stay upstairs, or even to sit in my car and leave the house the earliest anyone was willing to come out was in 6 days. I called around to 10+ places and the only one who returned my calls in a timely manner and was willing to come to our home was Eddie at Affordable Plumbing. We stayed upstairs and communicated through telephone. He was super knowledgeable and even helped to trouble shoot some other issues we were having for a future visit. I'm so greatful to Eddie as I had no idea how we would have survived in Quarantine with no water for 6 days. From the bottom of my heart thank you for helping this poor nurse out!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
