Eugene is very flexible, was able to swing by within hours of making a call. Very professional, explained what he was going to do and answered my questions about the details (he was fixing our water pressure).

We bought our system from them when they wereRaleigh heating and air. The service is as good now as it was then.We are under a maintenance plan and had an issue with our unit not cooling. We were due for a service and I was able to make an appointment at 8pm on Saturday for Sunday. They came out and serviced the unit and added a pound of coolant. Everything was covered under the service agreement.Honestly have never had issue with any of the techs that have come out to do service or repair. We are very happy with the techs and service they provide.

Now this is the meaning of customer service! My hot water heater went out on the day I was leaving for vacation. I had a home warranty and the quote was received on my last day of vacation while I was still out of town. The warranty quote was outrageous! I got onto HomeAdviser and I found Coats Plumbing. They immediately out to my house and quoted me on a tankless heater and the replacement of my current. Coats Plumbing ended up replacing my heater and getting to my house the next day which was my first day back in town. They also beat the warranty quote by over $400. Everyone was so nice, respectful, and helpful (even giving recommendations). I will definitely use Coats Plumbing again.

There was an issue from the original repair work (blower motor and squirrel cage replacement). Raleigh Heating and Air listened returned to my home and got it right!

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

First time using this company because I had a bad experience with another HVAC company. This guys are awesome. From calling in and talking to the people on the to the tech who came out. They spent quality time explaining everything to me and didn’t make it seem like I was a bother. They weren’t in a rush to move on he stayed until I was satisfied on what they were doing. I've used Carolina Plumbing and Repair for years, but I wanted to finally write a review to put it on record. We recently discovered a leak in our ceiling below our master bathroom and the technicians came out to take a look. They were able to look at the situation and come up with solutions that did not involve cutting a bunch of different holes in our ceiling. The solutions were spot on, as we have not had any other leaks. We were told that if we do get the leak again, they would come right back out. They were professional, polite and explained everything in detail about what they were doing and gave us a couple of options to pick from. Every experience I have ever had over the past few years have been a positive one and it is why I keep going back. I highly recommend them.
