Not a terrible experience, but won't call again. Had Golden Rule come out a while back to fix a few different issues. Scheduling was fast and easy enough. Guys were friendly. Got the normal warnings to fix some potential items, but were not pushy about any of it. The problems I had with the service were minor, but added up.
Turns out the work was not under warranty due to some specific issues. You probably won't run into the same problem. Then the price was around 30% higher than originally quoted, again due to some trouble that they ran into. Understandable, but of course not great. Work was done outside, but guys didn't wear masks and were spitting off my driveway as I'm right next to them signing my receipts.
So you may or may not be bothered by any of that. For me, there are too many other plumbers around to try Golden Rule again.

TCR was awesome! They came out fast, were on time and quickly got the job done correctly. They not only fixed the plumbing issue but also left a very clean work area and a cleanly cut out wall that will now be much easier to patch. Highly recommend! Thanks Kiko!

Thank you so much! My husband used to work plumbing and when our upstairs toilet quit filling with water and it wasn't the flapper, he decided he didn't want the hassle and to call someone. I'm so glad I found Poole’s Plumbing, Inc.. They came out same day (week day) and within 15 minutes had correctly diagnosed and replaced the hose that supplies water to the tank. We suspected the valve was the problem but they saved us so much headache being able to determine it was just the hose! They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and adhered to social distancing requirements. Great service at an average price for plumbing repair. Highly recommend.

Glen and his crew are great plumbers, easy to talk to, clear regarding recommendations and pricing, and just great at the work! Carolina Plumbing & Repair has come out to my home twice now. Each time, they have been on time, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they do GREAT work, they do it quickly, and the prices are more than reasonable.

I plan on only using them going forward when I need a plumber.
