Horrible customer service. They fixed one problem but created another problem. Would not return my calls. Don't waste your money.

We have now used Jayk’s Plumbing twice and there are no words to express how awesome they are. Both times we have called them we have called because we were having an emergency. The first time was during “normal” business hours & the second time was on a Sunday. Both times we contacted them, they responded to us within 1/2 an hour and then came to our home within an hour. They have wonderful customer serivce and were able explain the problem to me in an easy to understand way. The labor fees for the work we needed done were extremely reasonable and they will always be the plumbers we call from now on. Thank you for great service!!

Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

Stephen R. And his team were very accommodating to our strict scheduling demands to get our system fixed without disrupting our business operations at All 4 Paws Animal Hospital. Since we opened 5 years ago we have had to run our air conditioning year-round to keep the treatment area of our clinic comfortable. Our reception area was a crisp 68 degrees while our treatment area stayed a muggy 76 degrees year-round. The company who installed our system wanted over $200 just to come out and see if anything could be done to fix the problem less than 1 year after they installed it! Cape Fear charged less than half that to assess the problem, then were able to guve us a low cost solution. They did all the work within about 3 hours and arrived and completed clean up on time so we could continue to see patients and clients seamlessly. Now our entire clinic maintains an even, comfortable temperature of 72 degrees and I will save money by running the AC less and not having a space heater running in my reception area all year! Thank you to Stephen and his team as well as the friendly and helpful receptionist of the Cape Fear Raleigh office! Highly recommended for home or commercial HVAC repairs/install/maintenance. If only they did electrical and plumbing!!!

I have found the only plumber I'll ever use. William came to our house (twice) the day I called him to take a look at our 2 yr old tankless water heater that was not working. Turned out to be a minor issue that his guys showed me how to troubleshoot if it happens again. Total bill - $0.00

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I have used him before and he is very reliable about the time he says he is going to show up and is always willing to answer any questions you may have about the installation or repair. The service they performed was way beyond the scope of a standard plumber. I had roots from a tree breaking through my drainage pipe outside and completely clogging over four feet of the drain. Glen organized the removal of the tree and worked tirelessly with his coworkers to dig out the large root until they were able to remove and replace the clogged pipe. They got my plumbing working and the outside area cleaned up in what seemed like record time (two days when I feared it would take weeks to do what they did). It was a very difficult and labor intensive job for them, and they made it as easy for me as possible. Thank you all for your hard work!

CK Plumbing was wonderful. Raymond and Justin were ahead of schedule, professional, and did a wonderful job. They were replacing my hot water heater and my closet was a tight fit, but they problem-solved and made it work! My nephew was very interested in the process and Raymond was so kind to him, answering his millions of questions. I was so impressed by the whole experience. I would definitely use CK Plumbing again!

I've used Carolina Plumbing and Repair for years, but I wanted to finally write a review to put it on record. We recently discovered a leak in our ceiling below our master bathroom and the technicians came out to take a look. They were able to look at the situation and come up with solutions that did not involve cutting a bunch of different holes in our ceiling. The solutions were spot on, as we have not had any other leaks. We were told that if we do get the leak again, they would come right back out. They were professional, polite and explained everything in detail about what they were doing and gave us a couple of options to pick from. Every experience I have ever had over the past few years have been a positive one and it is why I keep going back. I highly recommend them.
