I recently called Jayk's Plumbing to fix my high water pressure due to a bad PRV valve. I had just received an estimate from another company and felt their price was too high and didn't enjoy the high pressure sales pitch. Jayk's Plumbing was able to repair it significantly cheaper and also came out to the house within an hour. Great, professional service at affordable pricing and NO high pressure sales pitches. I have now found myself a plumber for all future repairs and projects. Thanks!

My house 's water heater leaked water on a Saturday morning two weeks ago. It was pretty bad. I called my friend and he referred me to Terry's company. After I contacted Terry, he sent his staff to my house to help, the gentleman came in less an hour, which is very fast and quick response! Very, very helpful in the situation... Terry is very genuine, a wonderful man to work with.

These guys are the worst in terms of providing a fair value for service rendered. We called them out recently as one of our HVAC units wasn't working. They performed the diagnostic. $89. replaced the capacitor, which took 10 minutes and is a $10 part and charged $260 for it, so $350 total for 10 minutes of work and a $10 part. They didn't quote us before they did the work and after the work was performed they wouldn't reduce the charge meaningfully so that the charge was commensurate with the value. Their comment was, we know we didn't quote you before we did the work, but the charges are in line with our competitors so we're going to charge you whatever we want. Steer clear of these guys.

The techs are great but customer communication needs work. For our past two service calls, the tech missed the 5 hour time slot for our appointment. Apparently the folks at Weather Master have no way of telling when the tech will arrive onsite and they dont call to update you on the status of your appointment. The first time, our tech came an hour and a half late (7:30PM) and we never would have known he was coming at all if we didnt brow-beat the after hours staff to have him call us. Second service call was a repeat of the first. This follows a very poor experience with a new Goodwin HVAC unit. Not sure if it was the product, installation or both. Unfortunately we wont be using Weather Master for future HVAC purchases or service.

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Our house needed A TON of work and we had no idea where to start but Bryce was able to help bring our vision to reality!! These guys are true masters of their craft and the quality of their work is remarkable; Everyone that comes into our home is blown away. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
