Great Service, Professional, courteous and friendly. My well pump went bad, Luna, Travis, and Alex came out to replace the old 20 Year old pump. Our well sat at 600 feet deep and they had no problems pulling, replacing and making sure everything in the system checked out and worked perfect before they left. Even the secretary on the phone was very informational and understanding of the situation as well.

My main sewer line was clogged causing all of my drains to back up, I found Jason and Jose after some Googling. After a quick chat with Jason, Jose was at my door a couple hours later. The job required my sewer line under my house to be cleared out and cleaned, which Jose banged out in no time. My line is cast iron and had a seized up access port, so Jose also replaced that section with brand new parts. He was very informative and a truly standup guy. Even better, the job cost less than what I was prepared for just a basic Rooter job to cost. Can't recommend these guys enough, stop looking and call Jayk's.

We worked with Joe on many complicated plumbing projects in our house. He was so great to work with. Knowledge and profession. Can’t thank him enough for all the time he dedicated to fixing leaks, clogs and helping us with a DIY bathroom remodel. Chris was also present on many of the jobs and equally a great to work with We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin plumbing again in the future!

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Messaged Golden Rule for a leaky tub faucet. After reviewing an image I sent, they were able to give me multiple options for fixing it with different price points. They answered all my wife’s hundreds of questions (lol) and we decided to schedule an appointment. They were ON TIME for our appointment and very kind. They were quick, efficient, and they were very informative! We really appreciate the work they did and we are loving our new faucet.

Midtown Plumbing has become my go-to plumber for both personally and professionally. I am a local real estate agent and my clients will sometimes need work completed for pre or post closing. Update Jan 20:After a follow up email someone from the company called back to discuss the issue. The importance to customers feedback is good and thanks for listening to my concern and doing what's possible. Appreciate it.We have used WeatherMaster a couple of times. Recently, the furnace was not producing heat so called these guys after a bad exp with another company. These folks charge $99 for coming out and some companies charge only $59. The tech was skilled to isolate the problem and replaced the gas value. The replacement part cost is $130 retail price and I ended up paying almost $1000 for the part and installation. They sell the 1 year maintenance by reducing the other cost like on the part or coming out fee.. either way, you are paying ludicrous amount of money for the repairs with this company. I understand it's a big company and they have expenses to factor in, however, ripping customers off like this doesn't take you a long way.Initially we had them for a Heating unit tune up, which is useless from my point of view from these guys.. took the panel out and checked the unit was working and charged us $59 per unit (we have 2). So overall try other companies for your HVAC needs.

Daniel Brothers Inc. was a pleasure to work with. I called for a free inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm. Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!

Tech was clearly very competent and the job (Installing four new valves waterline valves and reinstalling two spigot/faucet sets) was done well. No complaints there. However, he was at our home for less than three hours and did not even have to deal with access as sinks were not installed. The bill we received was over $1100.00. We were stunned. What plumber makes over $350/hour? Bottom-line is that we feel we did not get a reasonable deal and will not use this Company again.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
