Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. My electric bill was through the roof and I realized it was my hot water heater to blame. I got quotes from four different places and the Art of Plumbing was among the lowest. I had one quote that was a little bit lower but had a good feeling about this company. I asked Eugene to match the lower quote and he was able to! Honest Plumber! On Time, and courteous I had a kind of musty smell in two sinks in a bathroom. When the same smell came from the toilet area, I thought there may be a big problem, that would require a big payment. Schwartz plumbing came out - ON TIME and assessed the situation. of course there was no smell when he arrived, but I wanted to get to the root of the problem. he told me that if I didn't use the tub in that bath, that perhaps something could happen to create a smell - I don't recall what it was, but he was correct that the bathtub in that bathroom is not often used. He did discover, and showed me where there was a very small leak in the toilet. I was prepared to pay a lot. Instead, I paid a very small amount for the small leak that I could see when, looking behind the toilet. I will always use Schwartz plumbing for jobs big and small

He is upfront with his pricing no hidden fees .Drew took all Covid precautions when coming into our home. He was very neat and clean when working My home was spotless when he left. He also gave us alot of helpful information. Do not hesitate to use him if you need a plumber. He is the only one we will EVER use again

everytime i've ever had to call these guys they are fast and efficient to come out and help me. they are fairly priced and do a great job. total professionals, they're the only plumbers i use!

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
