Best Broken Water Heater in Raleigh NC

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some unconventional work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

I noticed a severe leak in the water lines for my washing machine. I called Peaches Plumbing and they had a technician at my house immediately! The technician was clean, on-time, very proficient They repaired the leak and had me up and running so quickly. I would highly recommend Peaches Plumbing!

I asked what toilet they recommended and got an American Standard model per Joe’s advice. They even picked it up for me at Lowe’s prior to Pedro installing. Skilled, neat and courteous service. David has been my go-to plumber for some time now, as he has been incredibly responsive, thorough and reasonably priced. When my hot water heater burst, he was out to my house same day to assess the issue and a new water heater was installed the same day. When someone else worked on some of my appliances and hooked them up incorrectly, David was there the same day to fix their mistakes. Now, my home is under contract and there were a couple of items from the inspection report that need repair. And without fail, David is quick to come out, assess the items, and complete the repairs for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough! His is a number to keep stored in your cell phone for when you need a local plumber!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
