Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

I had a break in an old sewer line in my front yard and TCR did a wonderful job replacing the bad pipe. They were fast, competent, professional, and honest. They were about 2/3 the price of an earlier quote I had from a national rooter company. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all plumbing.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I had to have a new water heater and Raleigh Plumbing was recommended. I contacted them and set up an appointment. The technician arrived within the stated appointment and removed the old heater and installed the new one without making a mess, which was greatly appreciated. So if I had to say who was the worst plumbing company to deal with? I would say this company. I own a restaurant and time is always important. Apparently not with these guys... they have been out 6 times for same issue...and I keep paying... Today I had an appointment between 8-9AM. the called me at 8:50. To tell me I did not have an appointment?? SO I guess they just randomly call people on Sunday mornings just to tell them they don't have an appointment. This company is a joke! Stay away.....im done!

The guy running the show Kassiem is absolutely rude . No need to hire if that that's how they talk to customers .Needs to do some customer service training . Talks to you like gum on the bottom of his shoe .
