Best Broken Garbage Disposal in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

If there were more than 5 stars available I would give it to TCR.

Do you know how hard it is to find good professional help when you move to a new state? Well, I can tell you it's not easy.
I have to thank all the other people who left glowing reviews of TCR because that's how I came to use them.

We had to get a new tankless hot water heater and the cost seemed prohibitive. I’m very jaded with any professional coming to our home for diagnosing an issue for fear they’ll price gouge. That wasn’t the case! Luis and David were AMAZING! They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, professionals in uniform, maintained personal space, explained everything they were about to do as well as updates along the way. They put a mat over our front doormat to protect it from dirt, wire show covers! Yes, that’s a great thing to me. They handled my irritation over the dispatcher not communicating that there would be a diag cost. The electrician (I don’t remember his name) was equally fabulous! Overall, hiccups and all, these gentlemen handled themselves exactly as I’d want my own employees to. The work was impeccably done and we’re not only going to stay with Michael & Sons, but we will request Luis and David for all plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done.

Contacted Axis through a recommendation from a friend to do remediation prior to selling our house. The gentleman who showed up was prompt and courteous. He went re-reviewed the list of repairs that were needed with me and patiently detailed what he planned to do to address each item. He finished the list (8 items of varying complexity) in approximately 1.5 hours). Upon completion, he walked me through all the repairs on all 3 floors of the house. Once he was certain everything had been satisfactorily been completed he presented the bill and walked me through each item / charge. To top it all off, the bill was less than I'd anticipated. I will likely be a return customer should the need arise.

This is the second time I have used David. The first was replacing a shut off valve for a toilet and the second was unclogging a drain in the bathroom. Each time, he has been responsive, prompt, and honest. He not only fixes the problem, but also explains steps to ensure the problem doesn’t come back again. I will continue to call him first for any issue with plumbing in our home.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

As manager of a local Raleigh restaurant, I had no choice but to call Roto-Rooter when our drain lines would not drain. I was a little hesitant about calling a chain plumbing company, but left with no other choice. Our serviceman Wayne (tech # 3112), went above and beyond to repair the issue. Not only was he professional, he was courteous, and respectful. He never once made us feel like we were being rushed and took his time to diagnose and solve the problem correctly. It is because of the service we received today that we will continue to call Roto Rooter for any future plumbing problems.

Mike is the best in his field. He is very responsive and does high quality work. In addition to repairing a water leak and installing a toilet, he has also helped me get my kitchen fitted for a gas stove. He is the best you will find.

They called to ask if it was OK to come early, then arrived in 10 minutes, which was about 90 minutes before the appointment. That was really appreciated because we were without water. The plumber's name was Eduardo and he was the nicest guy. Worked quickly, cleaned everything up and finished in about 40 minutes. Did a great job!

Toilet in powder room, wax seal leaking. I went online and searched for plumber near me. I chose Redco. I made appointment for next day. Plumber was on time, courteous. He assessed what was wrong, made the repair and was gone in 45 minutes. I also needed a new water turn off valve, which he replaced. Very easy scheduling, very nice customer service and very efficient work.
