Mike is the best in his field. He is very responsive and does high quality work. In addition to repairing a water leak and installing a toilet, he has also helped me get my kitchen fitted for a gas stove. He is the best you will find.

Very professional and arrived on time. Diagnosed problems quickly and offered options for repair or replacement. They installed a new faucet the next day in less than 24 hour turnaround time. I was even given choices and prices on line so did not have to go out and purchase the new faucet myself. Great quality, excellent customer service, called ahead both times to announce arrival time, friendly, took all required safety measures seriously. Have already recommended them to a friend. Eddie came to the rescue on a SUNDAY when all the other places were closed. He came from Fayetteville to Raleigh and didn’t charge me an extra for a “after hours” or “weekend” fee. He fixed my shower valve in the wall (softball sized opening) without damaging any of the tile, sheet rock, or dry wall. I will use him again for sure! Thanks!

called Monday May 14th to schedule an appointment to have my AC repaired. There wasn't an available appointment until Wednesday the 16th and they could not guarantee a time which was understandable due to the sudden increase in temp. and the many calls like mine I am sure they were receiving. So I arranged to take Wednesday off to wait for their arrival.Wednesday arrives and at 1pm I received a call and a message that they would not be unable to honor my appointment. At this point it's been 80 - 85 degrees in my house for 3 days, I took a day off work to accommodate them not being able to give me a set appointment time and they are telling me they can't reschedule until Friday.I call them back and explain that I have already waited 3 days and asked why my appointment wasn't moved to one of the first appointments the following day which any service provider I have ever worked with has done in the event they had to cancel an appoinment. The young lady I spoke to just reiterated that they couldn't honor my scheduled/rescheduled appointment until Friday and stated she didn't know what else to do. Kudos to exemplary non-cutomer service. I promptly asked to speak to a supervisor and just as I expected I was shot straight to a voice mail.I reached out to another local company and explained the circumstances and not only did they work me in for Thursday morning they apologized for the ordeal.Moving forward I will never seek services from this business and I will encourage all those that I know to do the same.H-
