My outside hose was stuck and I tried to remove it, but it didn't matter how careful I was, I still broke the copper pipe. I was able to book them the next day, they were professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use their services again.

Wayne 3112 Mr. Wayne service was excellent. He tried to unstop my sewer using different techniques and let us know that a tree root was in our pipeline. His machine was not able to cut through. He let us know what the problem was. I was not charged for the hours worked. Very knowledgeable, very polite. And explained everything to me. ( me being a woman ). He was not pushy in any. Looking into getting pipe replaced as roto rooter does as well. Used them before and will use them again. Trust them completely.

After having a nightmare of a time with other corporate and local plumbers, Mike came out right away to look at my project. The company was hired to fix the heater of an hvac system. We were able to have heating provided that the thermostat was set extremely high. When bell cow showed up they piped fuses and then nothing worked. Temperature dropped in the 30s. They came back out got the ac system to blow cold air. When we called and asked for a manager to come out they sent out the same technician who didn't fix it in the first place. When we called butch the manager. He said he would look into it. But we later found out the his looking into it was to not show up or call. Do not use this company.
I responded to ron l the regional manager. He said it was a short in the system. It wasn't a short who turned of the auxiliary heat in freezing weather it was his employee. It was not a short when he hung up on me after i told him i was law enforcement. This company. Is the worse.take your business else where

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Progressive. Our A.C. went out during the hottest week of the summer. The company was quick to respond and our project manager Joe was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain our options and stayed until 9 PM trying to get enough coolant to hold us over until the new system could be installed (at no charge). The crew came a day earlier than promised and they finished quickly, leaving no mess behind. We've dealt with many contractors the last few months as we've updated our aging home and Progressive's customer service was far superior to any other company.

Contacted Jane at JR Lane plumbing yesterday afternoon. Described to her what I needed. She immediately got me on the phone with the owner, Jimmy Lane and got me all set up for everything needed first thing the very next morning. And at a fantastic value. But too top it all, they sent their very best man out for the job. Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable, meticulous, detail oriented, helpful in explaining, really you won't find better anywhere.
