We procured Daniel Brothers to complete our kitchen remodel. It took a little longer than we wanted it to, this was partially our own fault for picking kitchen hood that was hard to obtain, but Jacob and Slade did whatever was necessary to make the project right. I would definitely use them again for a future remodel due to their quality of work.

My electric bill was through the roof and I realized it was my hot water heater to blame. I got quotes from four different places and the Art of Plumbing was among the lowest. I had one quote that was a little bit lower but had a good feeling about this company. I asked Eugene to match the lower quote and he was able to! Schwartz Plumbing is a reputable company and does excellent work. They replaced my water line between the house and meter and also did the plumbing for my kitchen remodel. But when I called them out to provide an estimate for a tankless water heater installation, they charged me $70 after the estimate was provided, to be applied to my bill if I decided to have them do the work. I had a couple other companies also provide estimates at no charge, so I especially didn't appreciate them slipping in this fee after the fact.

I live in a new construction neighborhood and Cecil Davis is our point of contact in case of issues. I have called dozens of times to get updates on when someone might come out and fix a water leak and am told by the receptionist I'll let the boss know. I have contacted them multiple times for an issue at my meter and water running down the street. This most recent time it was found that it was on the Town of Apex side of the meter, but they still have not informed me of this! I found out from my builder two days after it was looked at and hundreds of gallons of water have run down the street at my expense. Do not use this Plumber if you like to know what is happening! This is your warning.

Now this is the meaning of customer service! My hot water heater went out on the day I was leaving for vacation. I had a home warranty and the quote was received on my last day of vacation while I was still out of town. The warranty quote was outrageous! I got onto HomeAdviser and I found Coats Plumbing. They immediately out to my house and quoted me on a tankless heater and the replacement of my current. Coats Plumbing ended up replacing my heater and getting to my house the next day which was my first day back in town. They also beat the warranty quote by over $400. Everyone was so nice, respectful, and helpful (even giving recommendations). I will definitely use Coats Plumbing again.
