Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

This guy knows his stuff. Came to fix my water heater and explained the whole process. Also gives me tips to keep my water heater running at it's best. Highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't know which plumber to go with. Rates are very competitive with the big names out there.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

On Memorial Day I called for service for a clogged drain & toilet. One person took the request and someone else called to tell me when to expect the technician. Both of them were professional, informative and helpful. When Carl arrived the first thing he did was determine that the toilet didn't need attention. It had cleared up on it's own. He then diagnosed the sink issue & gave us an estimate. He explained what was wrong, why it happened, how he would fix it and how to avoid future problems. He was clear, professional and helpful. We will not hesitate to use this company again.

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).

I called for water heater service 3 hours after they called me and said I need to find someone else they can’t help me

Many experiences with this well run and honest company...from our own needs to those of my MIL . Never had anything but the best service with fair prices. Companies with this level of integrity are too few and far between now.

After appearing on time for the appointment with a courtesy call included, Sean and Anthony replaced both of my outdoor faucets, and I'm totally satisfied with their results. Eric came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our backflow valve for a reasonable price. They also blow out sprinkler systems to winterize (the best method for an irrigation system) Definitely recommend Arbor Plumbing & backflow!

Service came the day after I called and was a little expensive for the amount of effort and time it took for them to solve the problem, but the problem was solved and the technician was extremely professional and friendly.

I was impressed and very happy with the Matthew’s Plumbing team. Great communication all along, very responsive and professional. I would definitely use their services again!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
