Great group: Super knowledgeable, fast, helpful. The quoted price was reasonable. When they arrived, the job was easier, and they adjusted the price accordingly. They're part of Full Stack Plumbing, and I'll be using them again.

Not a lot of reviews on these guys but don't let that dissuade you, they are new to the area I believe they said less than 3 or 4 months. I chose them because all of their reviews were recent and great and mine is no exception. Chris and Joe were professional, friendly, reliable, and quick to please. Came out same day I called. Fair price and was able to explain what was going on to me. Will use again for my next plumbing need, thanks fellas!

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

I'm a property manager and have used Terry and TCR for years. They are quick to respond and always accurate. They can handle small things like just replacing a faucet or major repairs that require digging, etc. They always pinpoint the issue and Terry follows up to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I used to use 3 or 4 different plumbers and now that I've been working with Terry, I never use anyone but TCR.

I even hire them at my own house when I need a plumber. In fact, one day I had a neighbor call to notify me that I had a leak at my house. I was 15 minutes away and I called Terry, and he was there and had the water turned off at the main before I was even home. The insurance company told me that he probably saved me (them) $25,000 by doing that.

The technician, Rochshawn Jacobs, went above and beyond in completing the repair on our furnace. He was extremely thorough in identifying and fixing the issue and took the time to give us a detailed explanation of the issues. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Shay did the routine maintainanice and appeared to do a thorough job!.checked all functions and cleaned coils which did NOT happen last time. Good job!

Replacement of well pump and piping

Josh and his team were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and thorough. They took the time to diagnose the problem and quickly provide a solution. They were clean, quick, and results driven. They fixed our plumbing issues within hours of my first call/request for help. Josh was clear up-front with pricing and the timeline and there were no surprises when the job was done. Mike was incredible! He came out on a Sunday to repair my leaking pipe and saved me from having to pay extra and use a big brand plumbing company which was going to charge over $200 more just for the visit alone. He even went to the store to purchase the equipment needed for the repair without an up charge. I have used a few plumbers in the past but will go to Mike for all my future needs. I have recommended Mike to all of my friends and colleagues.

plumber Ken came to the rescue when the entire pipe fitting under a bathroom sink needed to be ripped out and installed from scratch. He diagnosed the situation and had the supplies on his truck to take care of the repair in a timely fashion. Five Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Needed a new shut-off valve for gray water at the street (reclaimed water used for lawns, etc.). The repair tech was friendly and helpful and very efficient. The cost was very high for a repair that I had intended to make myself until I ran into a glitch ($600 labor for 1.5 hours). I guess I'll try to make back the cost by using the gray water to do some powerwashing that might otherwise have cost me $200-300.

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).
