Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

I knew this was going to be a great experience when my consultant Doug Pagliolo showed up about twenty minutes before our scheduled appointment. He was so kind and explained everything upfront. He was so honest about the pricing and how long it was going to take. I had my new upstairs system installed on the HOTTEST day of the year, July 12, and I can't believe how hard the technicians worked, in the heat of the attic. I wish I had never bought my unit from this company several years ago. They are fine when purchasing a new unit, but after the sale they no longer care about their customers. Technicians do not show up when scheduled (as instructed). The scheduling department will put appointments ahead of you that bring in more money than a spring or fall check, even though you already are assigned that appointment time. I have had the company even call and cancel my appointment on more than one occasion. Technicians come out and try to sell customers things they don't need at astronomical prices, because it's what they are told to do. A couple of years ago, I believe they were investigated for doing this. I have spoken to management several times and no one cares. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't buy from this company under any circumstances.

We had a leak in our main water line running into the house so we contacted ARC to replace the line. Clay did a great job throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional and talked me through the entire replacement and was able to answer all of my queries. The team, including Clay and Shane, were able to replace the line very fast and filled in the hole where the new line was installed in under a day. I would definitely recommend using ARC, and specifically Clay and Shane for your plumbing needs.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

We just moved into a house built around 1964 and recently discovered that the previous owners never updated a LOT of the house including many plumbing items. We called in Eric and his company for a rush job after another sub pointed out that we had water pooling in the crawlspace and it needed to be cleaned up before we could have our mold remediation done.

Eric squeezed us in to his schedule just in time to be completed before the mold remediation. He was extremely professional and explained everything as he went along. His prices are very fair and he was also able to tell us which of the items on our inspection report were necessary versus which were not a big deal that and we could handle ourselves.

The team finished up very quickly and did very clean work.

We will call them back to do the plumbing for our brand new kitchenette in a few months. I definitely recommend hiring EB Plumbing for any plumbing needs 😁

Carolina Plumbing & Repair has come out to my home twice now. Each time, they have been on time, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they do GREAT work, they do it quickly, and the prices are more than reasonable.

I plan on only using them going forward when I need a plumber.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.
