Best Air Filter System in Raleigh NC

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I've been an Airmakers customer for several years and they've provided great service. My service on Wednesday, 11/23 was no different. Technician Lee Manuel was professional and efficient and the job was well done and I'm well pleased. Clifford

They used to be good and friendly and on time. Now I don't know what happened.. I had set up 2 appointments for maintenance, first time they call and said they are short staffed, the day off. When u already made the plan.So I rescheduled.. and this time they claimed the left me a voicemail, but no missed call, no voicemail.. same excuse, we are short staffed..And the lady who answered the call, didn't even apologize for anything, plus once I complaint about it, she hung up on me. I called back again and they would not pick up my call. They charge me every month, but would not talk to me. How pathetic is that. I'm looking for a new service this summer.Update: David had reached out to take some corrective action. I appreciate that. Now we wait for the 3rd appointment.

It was super easy to schedule the appointments and their customer service is top notch.Joseph did an excellent job with our electrical inspection and provided a thorough explanation of recommended repairs from a safety perspective. In addition, Frank spent hours working diligently to replace our kitchen faucet (it was very old, rusted and required a metal saw to disassemble). Both Joseph and Frank are skilled professionals. Michael & Son are our official go-to for home repair and maintenance!

Have used Blanton's for years for my HVAC, gas, plumbing & electrical over the years. They have always been professional & responsive to my needs. They go beyond just fixing the problem. Shane found the problem quickly. He checked our unit and the remote. He got it up and running with minutes. We would recommend Shane in heart beat.

Was quoted an initial cost of $100 to do a furnace service/clean out, with additional costs for unforeseen repair, and that is a fair market cost. “After” the work was done the serviceman told us that the initial cost was $200, and he took the printed quote he had in hand and changed it with a pen. Classy. Thinking he was ripping off the company, we paid him and called the office, and they told us that the serviceman could make those changes as they see fit. To make things worse, the slob got soot all over our garage that took 2 weeks to get clean.

Considering we were falsely lead, they could care less, and they made a mess of our home, I would never recommend them. As a building professional I will also never recommend their services to any my clients either.

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee
